Writer’s POVShe tried breaking herself away from the ropes but they were too firm so it was beyond her. She tried cutting one of the ropes to free herself but it was heading at nothing important as nothing she did seemed to help. She wasn’t exactly panicking but she had this uncertain feeling lingering at the corner of her heart. Everything was so uncertain to her because she had no explanation so far.She wanted an explanation so if at least she was being kept here against her will there should be an explanation as to why this was being done to her.She had a thought that this might be from someone she was so sure about but she didn’t want to make assumptions till she was sure of what was happening.Could it be? Was she desperate to have her eliminated from the picture? At first thought it didn’t seem to be making any sense but she wasn’t someone that I knew personally.Who knows what she could do to get what she wanted as the person she wanted to keep me from, I didn’t even care a
Writer’s POVThe door flung open and their attention was focused on who was at the door. Hailey immediately sprung up trying to make herself visible in case this would be her chance to be saved. She knew she already played a part by trying to manipulate Fisher but that wouldn’t do everything. She felt some kind of pity for him even if he didn’t even deserve it.She just felt bad because she knew one way or the other Cedric was the one who would have cajoled him into this and he wouldn’t be able to tell that he’d been used. Cedric isn’t showing his face in all of this for a reason. He knows what he is doing and he knows who he is going up against. He knows how dangerous this is yet he has his stuck-up personality of being selfish. This time around Fisher was merely a pawn to achieve his goals. If it worked then it was his luck and if it didn’t he would be the one to face it all by himself. There’ll be no me there for him and that’s what Fisher failed to understand. He was so worked up
Writer’s POV “No you.” Zac held Fisher angrily by the collar and lifted him up. By this time he was already shivering and his body was already weak.Hailey stood at the corner watching everything and he still felt bad for Fisher even after what he did for her. She was to be angry and ensure his punishment but instead she wasn’t.She felt bad that he would be the one to get all the punishment as Cedric was smart enough to manipulate him and leave him to blame for everything.Hailey wonders what pushed him to be so gullible, couldn’t he tell that there was a foul play when he was supposed to be the one acting while Cedric made the calls? This was supposed to be a lesson for him but Hailey was more interested in Cedric, she wanted him to pay for this as he wasn’t here and she knew he might end up escaping. Once he finds out that I was freed he’ll know Fisher has been caught but he wasn’t caught in the act of anything.Hailey held her wrist and massaged it gently because it was aching h
Writer’s POV“Where are we going?” Hailey inquired as Zac opened the car door for her. They left Fisher there and she was the only reason why Zac changed his mind.He wanted to do away with Fisher to teach him and others a lesson but the only reason he had a rethink was because of Hailey. She stared at him as they walked towards his car and it was Halley that he came to save her. At the same time, he was the reason she was in this mess to begin with.He was the one who got her entangled in all this mess which was more of the reason why she wanted to stay away from him. She wanted her own space to herself and he was hindering that. If she kept on hanging around him, he was going to keep on getting her involved in all these issues which she wanted to have nothing to do with. She had been trying to avoid him but he still found his way back to her one way or the other. He was unwilling to let her go and she didn’t know how else to keep him away. Zach himself knew that she was trying to
Writer’s POVThe drive was quiet for a while maybe because There was nothing to talk about or because Hailey had an uncertain feeling. She didn’t know where to place it as her head was aching. She felt an uncertain way and she didn’t know why, she felt scared and worried about something but she didn’t know what she was scared about… She had a very strong feeling like something was going to happen, but she didn’t know what. She found it hard to connect to her wolf too and she thought it might be because she was bothered. She shrugged the feeling off her head and calmed herself down. She just needed to get herself treated and have a good sleep because she was so excited and tired. She stared outside the window and allowed the cold evening breeze to blow her hair around. It gave her some sort of comfort from the heaviness in her heart. She didn’t know why she felt this way but she wanted to get rid of it.The breeze caused her eyes to get watery and a tear dropped from her eyes but she
Writer’s POVThe drive back to Zac’s house was quiet because there was nothing to talk about. Hailey just kept staring at her hand as they approached his house. Zac didn’t know if he offended her by the way he acted in the hospital but there was nothing else he could do. The doctor was doing too much and it just got on his last nerves. He still felt that Hailey might be upset at him for their outburst so he thought of apologizing to her to Let her know that he didn’t mean it. Even if he did mean deep down that Hailey was for him and belonged to no other person, he still didn’t want to make her uncomfortable. He already made her understand the reason why he felt that her staying with him was the best idea for this while was because of her safety. So he didn’t want her to think it was all for selfish interest.Although he cared about her and he wanted her, he had to be very slow and steady and that was not the way to go about it. “Hailey.” He called out still with his gaze fixed on th
Writer’s POVHailey immediately seemed uncomfortable with the direction the conversation was going. She didn’t know what to say to Zac because she didn’t have an answer herself. She wasn’t exactly sure if she wanted to stay away from him forever or if it was just till she got her feelings right. Whatever it was, she didn't want to have to answer him. This was one of the reasons why she didn’t want to come and stay with him, she knew things like this puke happen and of course, he’d ask her questions.Zac wondered what was taking her too long to reply but he didn’t urge her and just kept on driving. He knew she was going to say something and right now she was probably still processing her thoughts. He hoped she didn’t say yes, that she didn’t want to see him again because he wasn’t willing to let her go. Of course, he was willing to try over and over again till she felt comfortable with him around again. He knew a lot of people didn’t want her anywhere around him but this was his life
Writer’s POVHailey didn’t bother arguing with Zac because she knew what she said might have hurt him. But she couldn’t help the fact that she felt that way. It wasn’t her fault all of these things happened but she still felt that he could have done better. She knew she sounded so selfish but she couldn’t help the fact that that was just how she wanted things to be. Zac stood there and watched her go Inside the house before he got back into the car and drove off.It was obvious that Zac didn’t want Hailey to know that he left the house already.Hailey soaked gently through the house and she couldn’t admit that she missed her so much, after all this was hers before she was forced to leave here.Being back at Zac’s house gave her a form of comfort that she didn’t understand. She felt safe and at peace here and she didn’t understand why.She walked gently touching the interior which seemed to be shining and more elaborate than when she went. If there was something that Zac liked, it was
