One Night Deal - Chapter 14

Jackson quickly loosened his necktie when he got home to his condo. He felt like he was suffocating when he was talking to his papa. He still could not believe that he had not given it to him.

"Damn it!" Jackson shouted while throwing his necktie on the sofa.

Jackson quickly walked to the kitchen and immediately grabbed a bottle of Smirnoff. He gasped for breath when he drank all of the beer. He threw the bottle in the trash and went to the sink to wash his face.

"Papa is acting weird," Jackson said as he tilted his head. He looked at himself in the mirror. "All of a sudden, he mentioned Yael in our conversation earlier. Could it be?" He raised an eyebrow. "Couldn't papa already know something?"

Jackson shook his head and wet his face with water again. "Maybe it's just a coincidence because if he knew something, I would not be here now," he chastised himself.
