"Ivana, did you hear the news?"

"What is it again?"

"That Jacob and Freya are married. Don't tell me…” said Joana, Ivana's oldest sister.

“Good for them.” Ivana drinks her smoothie while she's browsing on her phone.

“Good for them? I thought you love Jacob? Is that just the way it is? Are you going to give up now?” Joana laughed.

"Sister, what am I against destiny? What do you want me to do? Squat down and cry out loud here? I am going to make a scandàl here if I act that way, right?” Ivana stood up and fixed her clothes. "Jacob deserves to be happy. He also appreciated me for a few years because of my lies. I don't want to chase after men anymore."

"So how do you plan to take revenge on the Grays?" Joana asked seriously.

Ivana flipped her hair. "Someone will do it for me," she said.

Both of Joana's eyebrows rose as she drank the root beer she was holding. "And what kind of angel would do that for you, anyway?"

Ivana smiled. "My soon to be BEST FRIEND."
