Ava was grateful to have someone like Caroline in her life, who could see through her facade and knew when to push and when to back off.

One day as she was resting on the couch and watching some TV, Caroline brought her some tea and sat down to face her but she didn't say anything until Ava noticed.

"I'm tired of you lying to me" she said and confusion clouded Ava's face as she struggled to understand what she was talking about.
