As he walked away, Ava thought about how grateful she was to have a man like him in her life even too he was a handful sometimes.

As Ethan walked back into the hideout, he couldn't stop thinking about Ava's words. Even Jeff's. He had really been an asshole to Kimberly.

Ava was right, he had been an idiot and he needed to apologize to her. He entered the conference room and found Kimberly sitting at her seat looking down at her computer screen. Without looked up she said,
