Dashtan was just about to knock on the door of a room when his cell phone rang. He immediately reached into his pants pocket.

"Mom?!" he muttered in surprise, then answered the call.

"Hi, Ma," greeted Dashtan, who held his curiosity on the tip of his tongue.

"Ash, where are you? Meet mom at the restaurant near Merlion," she told his son matter-of-factly. Dashtan turned toward the door and beckoned Rakia to follow him out of the boutique. Rakia gave the man a confused look but followed him anyway.

"Now?" asked Dashtan.

"Yes, now. Don't be long, I have something to talk to you about."

Hearing that, Dashtan was suspicious of the conversation her mother wanted to have. After hanging up the call, she sighed and looked at Rakia.
