ASHER'S POV

It all seemed like a dream to me, a good one. Actually, it seemed like a dream that was too good to be true.

It was difficult for me to be able to contain all of these at once, the emotions ran so high that I had to leave the room because it was already starting to get suffocating in there.

I rushed out, trying to catch my breath, I could not help but wonder if I was being pranked.

Outside, I walked into Nikolai who was hurrying over to the hospital, because I wasn't looking where I was going, I almost bumped into him.

"Is everything okay?" He asked as he studied me with his brows raised.

"Yes," I said, staring into space absentmindedly. "Everything is okay, so okay that I almost think I'm dreaming, only that this dream, I don't want to wake up from it."

"You are speaking in parables," Nikolai said, confused. "I actually came running here when I heard Elysia was awake. How is she doing?"
