Laura turned on deaf ears, averting her face, "I don't have time for all these right now, I need to get back before Daniel gets suspicious; she lamented, wanting to walk away but Harold grasped her hand.

With tears in his eyes, he said, "Laura, you are hurting me right now," he complained, his face somber.

"I see the way Daniel was looking at you, is he in love with you? Is there something you aren't telling me?" Harold questioned, confusion evident in his tone.
