Chapter 114: A Deal with Michael

Although Jia was still scared, it could not be seen in her face or her body movements.

I gave Jia a thumbs up. "Good job! Keep up the good work!"

Jia became more firm. She was becoming courageous with my cheer.

An hour later, Michael finally arrived at the scene.

"Where is she?" I heard his voice from outside the room. His voice was heavy and deep.

Jia unconsciously swallowed. I went to her back and patted her, "Don't worry, I am here. I won't let them hurt you."

Jia whispered, "What can you do? You are a ghost."

"Ghosts have some uses too, you know."

Although I can't block any incoming fist to Jia, I could still support her. If the worst thing happens, then I have no choice but to seek help from Sir Benjamin. Although I might pay a big price, that doesn't matter.

Michael came in and saw Jia.

His thick eyebrow moved, "This child is indeed young."

"???" What does he mean by that?
