Chapter 11 Noah

Thaddeus's POV

Every night He still has nightmares throughout the night. Not just one, usually 2 or 3.

But last night I learned something new.

I fell asleep on my chaise last night while reading a book.

It was actually the first time in several nights that I slept on the chaise.

The last several nights Zeus wanted to sleep with the little boy so I allowed him. We'd shift then lay down with him. The little guy would curl up with him, wrapping his little arms around him and burying his face into his fur.

That's how we slept the last several nights with the exception of last night.

Last night he actually fell asleep while I was working on the laptop. After I was done, I laid on the chaise to read a book and fell asleep.

I woke up to him screaming bloody murder. He was having a nightmare, he was soaking wet from sweating.

He was thrashing around as he screamed and cried. Begging that monster to stop hurting him.
