Chapter twenty-six - Nathan
Leanna wants to forget about the flowers and the text, and after her very convincing argument last night, I agreed to do whatever she wanted me to.
We slept wrapped up in one another and as soon as the memory of last night filtered into my brain, I was ready and desperate to take her again.
I'm patient, so very patient, waiting until she wakes up before I start kissing her. She responds immediately, rolling onto her back and letting me settle between her legs. I slip beneath the blanket, licking and teasing her the way I planned to do last night, before the night took a different turn.
"Now, Nathan, I need you now." She tugs on my arms, I roll on a condom and slide easily inside her.

This week has been stressful with the stupid boyfriend poll randomly popping up everywhere. Goodness knows what they're judging it on because somehow Max is in the lead and even Jack has got some points even though he's back at university, whereas in trailing in the back with only a single mark. Not that I'm really looking into it at all, but it's annoying to know they're trying to make out like someone else would be better for Leanna than I am. Anyway, because we've had a hard week and Kim's throwing her party tonight, today I'm making Leanna skip school and taking her ice skating instead. I've cleared it with both sets of parents and they're ok with it under the circumstances. I can barely contain my laughter as I head upstairs in Max's house to look for a room. I've never been this brazen, but I've been texting him all evening and I can't wait until the end of the night to have him. Millie Deane was with Leanna when she lost her phone yesterday. Millie Deane supposedly found Leanna's lost phone and gave it back just before the party. Millie Deane put 'her' number in Max's phone yesterday. Somehow in the last twenty-four hours, both Leanna and Max have had phone numbers altered so they weren't aware they were texting each other. Max thinks it was Millie, everything is pointing at Millie being the culprit, maybe for everything, but Leanna's covering for her. Rumours about me and Max were all over school this week and the stupid boyfriend poll has returned with Max as the overwhelming leader. I really thought it would have died down by now and I hate it. The schools response was to hire some bullying company to do little acted sketches in the hall, showing how 'uncool' it is to be a bully, which might have worked had we been eight instead of eighteen, but it was cringeworthy. It's awkward as anything between Max and me, so I'm avoiding him and going the long route to my classes, which he must have thought too, since I'm seeing him everywhere. "Leanna." He calls my name just before lunch and pulls me into a classroom. "Max, what are you doing?" I ask, glancing around in case anyone is watching us.

Leanna's got her friends staying with her tonight which is good, they'll help keep her mind off of everything that's going on. I headed over to Adam's with Callum after football and it was good, nice and chilled, no texts, no messages, nothing from our crazy stalker.
