Scarlett went over the details of the contract over again. It still seemed like a dream come true, and thought she was still basking in one. She went over to where Lucas was and engaged him in a warm embrace.

He had gotten her another Paris contract. It was not just Paris this time, but there was an opportunity for an African food tour among the amazing benefits the terms of the contract offered.

"How did you get this done?" She asked him, still bewildered at his offer.

"You seem to have forgotten who Lucas Maxwell is," he said with a tinge of pride. "I just had to put in a word or two for you and in no time, they got back to me with the benefits embedded in there," he continued.

"I still can't believe my eyes," she said to him.

"You deserve it, Scarlett," he said. "Even if I had to put in a word for you, I am very sure that they would not have considered you if you did not have a reputation," he added.
