Chapter Sixty Six: Signs

**** HOSPITAL, EVENING****

Sylvia sighed as she stared at sleeping Kathy on the bed, Marcus left already and Rose went to the mansion.

"Who is trying to kill you, you have done nothing wrong" Sylvia muttered and took some strands away from her face.

The door opened and Sylvia looked up, she smiled lightly when she saw Damien and he walked to her.

"Love" he muttered and pecked her cheeks.

"Hey" she mumbled.

"Marcus and Rose told me what happened, is it true?" Damien asked and she nodded slowly.

"Who could this be, I checked the CCTV footages and there was none for the living room for like four days, I also checked the kitchen later on and it was the same, I think it got spoilt" Damien said and she looked at him.

"Do you really think so...maybe someone tampered with it cause how can only the living room and the kitchen cameras go off" Sylvia said and Damien went silent.

"You are kinda right" Damien said after some minutes.

"But who could that person be?" Damien wondered loudly.
