4. Kim Jin

The remaining few days of the week went as usual. With the help of the information given by the Wang family when she used to visit them, Su Yeon was able to create few highlight points and strong points of their business model. Even if it was just a project, a hypothetical model, Su Yeon was overexcited for it.

The presentation will be next week so she was able to prepare thoroughly. She sent those extra key points to her group so that the other two will have a basic knowledge of what and how she is going to present and if, by chance they were asked about it, they could give correct answers.

On Sunday night, Su Yeon was practicing her presentation. She 'asked' her parents to sit on the bed as the audience as well as critics and also made a video call to her other two members. During the whole presentation, they both looked at her in awe and then asked some questions.

Yan Su was a bit nervous because she was not quite comfortable with business and presentation. She was in this stream because of her parents. Although she has experience performing in front of the audience, in the case of using words to present, she starts stuttering. So she took the responsibility of making the presentation with the help of Min Seong and they both helped Su Yeon to remember the details of small matters.

After dinner, when she was going through her presentation for the last time, suddenly her mobile buzzed.

Ding!

It was a message from Jin.

Jin: Best of Luck for tomorrow! I know it will definitely be a piece of cake for you, but still.

Su Yeon: Thanks but how do you know about my presentation??

Jin: When you were busy reading books regarding your model in the library. You yourself told me! since you were so busy I didn't disturb you and went home ;)

Su Yeon: What! You were there when I was reading? I was not that busy, it's just because of my habit.

Jin: I know, I know! How this lowly life dares to disturb Your Majesty!

Su Yeon: Hahaha... But seriously, don't do this again. A few minutes of convo will not be a disturbance.

Jin: Yes Your Majesty!

Su Yeon: Bye then, Good night :)

Jin: Ok bye, Good night.

Su Yeon: What Happened? Do you want to share something?

Jin: Why do you think like that?

Su Yeon: Idk, just felt that.

Jin: Umm... Actually, can I call you? No no, you should sleep now, instead, can I come to pick you up from university? Just wait there for me.

Su Yeon: Ok no issues! Bye

Jin: Thank you so much! Good night.

Su Yeon felt that something is amiss. Even if they were chatting, he was not as his usual self. Their conversation has decreased greatly from almost a year back. Anyways he will tell her tomorrow so she tidied her desk and then slept.

On the other hand, Jin was staring at his mobile, smiling himself, and thought, "Only you can tell whether I am having a good time or not. Why it is always you! And why the hell I am not your only one!" Jin thought about it and went to sleep after staring at Su Yeon's profile picture.

Kim Jin was Su Yeon's close friend and schoolmate. Su Yeon has only one group of close friends and that is her School group. All members of her group were of the same class in school and even went to the same private academy, that's why they became so close.

Kim Jin was a handsome, rich but shy guy. He was the dream guy of every girl in school. A perfect boyfriend material! He couldn't talk to the female members of the group, especially Su Yeon. He used to muster up the courage to start a conversation with her but always chickened out. He started talking with her when they were in college. From then onwards they became more close.

Every member in the group knew that Jin had a huge crush on Su Yeon from middle school. He confessed it to Su Yeon but she rejected him immediately because she never believed in love. They both were immature so there were many disputes between them.

Unexpectedly they grew more close and there developed a kind of understanding between them. She had a solution to his every problem and he supported her in her difficult and depressing phase.

After that, he once again confessed to her two years ago but that time he showed her how he is rich, going to continue his father's company and will keep her happy. But Su Yeon again rejected him because of her career. She didn't want any distractions in her path. She even suggested to move on from her, because she herself was not sure about this. As usual, he accepted her decision and continued their friendship.

At the other part of Imperial City,

A man, in his forties, was sitting in his cabin which was on the topmost floor of a skyscraper. He called someone, "Have you canceled my meetings for tomorrow morning... Yes, I will be visiting Imperial Business University... Ahh, wait! you should also join me. I am not sure but I think it will be a surprise for both of us, especially for you..."

After telling some other work-related things to that person, he hung up the call and looked at the file which was lying on the table. He opened it and looked at the photo of a girl with a gentle gaze, "Are you really my little dumpling? You exactly look like her, small and delicate like a flower. Please, I should be correct at least this time."
