My mate, her twin sister and I

Zara:

"What the hell!" She yelled and stripped the towel off of me. I knew she had warned me before but I was just not too careful. We used to die of buying the same things in the same sizes, styles, and colors since we were kids. We were so addicted to each other, but I couldn't tell how she recognizes her towel so quickly and I don't. What kind of eyes? Cats? Snakes? I just don't know. I always remembered that I dumped mine inside the closet after she'd caught me putting hers on.

"I'm...sorry"

I tried to apologize but she had banged the bathroom door at me before I could do it. Wow, she left me naked. STRIP f*cking naked. It was okay? But that wasn't like my twin sister. Not the Clara I used to know.

To be real, she had developed some furious mindset set some time ago. I feel the agitating aura all over her like everyone irritates her. I wouldn't be an exception if care wasn't taken.

All the fights she had had in school, with a lot of big bad girls where even some lame men got introduced. I was always there for her. I hate that I wasn't there to fight for her, I rather cried behind her back and called her off. Anyone she faces ends up a nosebleed victim. No matter their numbers, she comes out unharmed. My dad is the school headmaster and that was the one thing still keeping her in school. The previous Wednesday, she went overboard and my dad couldn't help but suspend her. Any average girl named Clara with Clara's new personality would've been expelled from the school.

What my dad did was come home, yell at us, leave us alone to share the rest of the turmoil, come back later in the night, and pet us to bed.

They said we set our eyes on the same world the same day, but I was weak compared to her. I knew that myself. The world might be lying but our faces weren't distinguishable. We looked exactly alike and we were hardly differentiated. Not even our dad could sometimes.

The sound of the door as she cracked it open, snapped me out before I remembered standing naked in thoughts. "Woah"

I watched her stride with water as she walked majestically wet into the room. I was pretty sure she didn't spend up to 10 minutes before she surged out. I covered up and continued to prepare myself.

Thankfully, It was the day she got to resume school again.

It was about 8 am on Wednesday, November the 28th. Three days before our birthday party and a few weeks before our graduation and end-of-the-year party. Those were the things that kept me going, considering my sister's new other side.

Those were the things that lent me hope since she grabbed her new attitude in our late seventeen. I hoped for a change when we turn eighteen, also, we are the graduating set and I was happy for at least, when we progressively graduate, every wrong thing would be over and it would change her life for good.

It was such a great year, the sports were up too. As the cheerleader, Mrs. Ann had entrusted me with the morning activity for Stallion team members, The team she couches. Not judging by the time, I knew I was already late.

Before I knew what was happening, Clara was all set and ready in her wine top, jacket, long tight, and amber mini skirt. I looked at her hair which was dropping water to her shirt. That was the reason why I stood lurking. I'd love my hair to dry naturally but I had to towel-dry and brush since I was late.

She slowly cracked the door open while I was still staring at her. She turned back and eyed me from head to toe. We spent minutes looking at each other like strangers before she finally shut the door at me without saying a word. I let out a deep sigh as I spun to pull out my dresses. I got my sportswear ready in my bag after I had my frock on. What's left? My glasses.

"Zoom#" The sound of a car rumbling diverted my attention immediately. I looked out through the window and Dad's Jeep was still packed. That would be Clara going out in our car.

I rushed out quickly and she was already out of the gate.

Is she crazy? We were supposed to go to school together.
