Panic
Slowly Eva's eyes adjusted to her surroundings and she began to panic. She vaguely remembers that last night when Eva and Cassy were walking towards their apartment, someone pressed a cloth on their faces and that's the last thing she remembered. Now after noticing her strange surroundings, she understood that they were kidnapped.
Panic began to build up in the pit of her stomach. She looked beside her and found Cassy lying there still unconscious. Eva took a deep breath as shook Cassy.
"Cassy, Cassy wake up" she shook her friend not so gently.
Cassy groaned and pushed Eva away.
"Let me sleep will you?" She mumbled sleepily.
Eva is scared out of her mind. So she shook Cassy again.
"Cass, wake up. Someone kidnapped us" Eva whispered in a panic-filled tone.
That caught Cassy's attention and she immediately sat up. That fast movement made her head hurt because of the chloroform they were given the previous night.

Damien lunged at Jake when he is momentarily in a state of shock and forgot to move. Damien had Jake by his throat and lifted him into the air, and began to punch him repeatedly on his face.
