Freezing

Damien understood that someone drugged Eva. He doesn't know who it is and only Eva can answer that question. But she is not in a clear state of mind to answer any of his questions. From the moment he heard her scream, it took him 6 minutes to find her. No one can violate her in that time and run away without a trace. So if his guess is correct, someone drugged her with the wrong intention but must have ran away when they heard his voice. He looked around them trying to find anything. But all he found is darkness and the insects making small sounds. 

Now Eva is in front of him and trying to find some relief to her basic urges. He heard the only way to help the person who was drugged with this kind of drug is intercourse. But he can not do that to her right now, when she is so vulnerable and is a victim herself.
