38: Admitting her feelings
A small sob escaped her and she handed him the tabloid before cradling herself again. She didn’t want to talk about it, but she knew she couldn't pretend it was nothing.
Jasper read the short article and looked at the pictures, then he looked at her with compassion. "Oh sweetie I am so sorry. But before we cry those pretty eyes out, are we sure there really is something there ?"
"It says so and you can see the pictures". She sobbed again. She just felt really stupid
