2024-10-29 19:42:56Raymond was scared like hell. He peeped again. Grace's body was still there lifeless on the ground. She was not moving. Now that Grace was dead, he had nothing else to live for. They should just die together.
He breathed in and out heavily like he was preparing for a fight. He stood up and put off his shirt. A bullet straight to the already broken heart to send him out of this world. He wanted to be with Grace wherever she was.
"She's getting up" one of the men shouted before Raymond could get out of his hiding place.
He hid back to peep through again. Grace was already on her feet. There were many bullet holes on her leather shirt. Those were where the bullets had hit her. She looked more aggressive like a mad dog. Her breathing pace was too fast.
Raymond was delighted to see Grace alive. He couldn't wait for this to be over and check if she was okay.
