In the afternoon after the burial.

Talia stood behind Eden, her eyes fixed on Eden's slender figure, feeling upset. Eden had always been the same, concealing her own vulnerabilities.

Why did someone as kind as her always seem to face misfortune?

Talia turned to Alain, her gaze darkening. He hadn’t protected Eden properly. He wasn’t worthy of being by her side.

Geoffrey and Sinead, worried about Eden, personally took her back to Skygarden.

"Eden, don’t worry about school," Sinead said gently. "Geoffrey and I will handle the paperwork for your leave. Take a few more days to rest, and let Alain take you somewhere to unwind. It’s okay if you don’t get into university this year. If you want to continue your studies, you can do it next year. And if you don’t, that’s fine too. Just take some time to enjoy yourself."

Sinead was worried that Eden wouldn’t be able to move on and didn’t even dare to mention Sofia.

Letting Eden relax somewhere else seemed like the best way to help her right
