Chapter Seventy-Six: The Magical Date of a Lifetime

"I'm home..." Avery calls out, as soon as she enters the house. She's been dead tired from standing all day, while assisting some costumers on the cosmetic brand's pop-up store.

She also decided to go to her favorite salon to do a makeover. She decided to straighten out her hair because she's getting tired of having a messy, curly hair.

"Oh my goodness! Avery, is that you?!" her older sister unbelievably said, while looking at her as if she's a rare specimen in a Science experiment.

"Yes. It's me, Avery, your one and only younger sister." Avery smilingly winks at Sarah.

"Look at you! You look entirely different!" exclaimed Sarah.

"You're overreacting, sis. I just asked them to straighten my hair, do an eyelash extension and trim my brows!" Avery proudly said.

"Anyway, what's with this makeover?" Sarah curiously asked.

"Oh, well. I'm actually preparing for a certain contest."

Sarah started getting interested, and she urges her little sister continue.
