Renae's POV

"Thank you June," I whispered as June set up my breakfast.

"Common, I am doing this so that you can get well soon. It's tiring," June pouted with a sarcastic smile planted on her face.

"I know… I promised to get well soon," I said, playing along.

"Nevertheless, thanks for the care," I added meaningfully and she patted my back.

While I ate, she handpicked some hand tools into her bag as she prepared to leave. She slung her backpack on her back and I looked at her curiously.

"It's quite early, don't tell me you are going…" I said but she interrupted.

"Yes, it is what you think. Eden and I are going to gather some herbs. Our team was assigned for today… We have to set out earlier so that we can get your cut done too. We still return in time…You know, we are trying to appease the principal," June responded.

"Oh! I see… thank you June," I whispered.

"Eden…." I stuttered, "...he hasn't shown up since yesterday…"

"He hasn't forgiven you…he also mentioned that you needed privacy.
