Chapter 48 Martinez and Old Stories

‘It’s been long time, Martinez.’ Edward was sitting on a boulder, the environment where he sat, surrounded by the old and big trees.

‘The place where I am now, it wasn’t The Jedediah Redwoods park as Mom used to take us there, but it’s the place I mostly visit whenever I need you and remember you.’ He sighed, looking around, the streaming little river was near.

The voice of chirping birds, bustling wind hit him. It was hard breeze and actually made him quite chilling.

He was just a passenger of the train of his thoughts, running into the dark tunnel.

He just felt to enjoy it or tried to negotiate the feeling of blue battling with some old memories inside.

‘We always like being in this kind of place. Mom told us to do it, hearing the sound of nature as listening to our hearts. Though it was indifferently difficult to do both at the same time.’ Edward held his hair as the wind messed it up, falling into his eyes.
