Episode 8

Mrs. Harbor rushes inside the cabin where Alisha is. Jacob called her earlier and explained what happened to Alisha suddenly.

" Jacob! How is she?" Her voice cracked. She looks at Alisha with tearful eyes. She should have thought about everything beforehand.

" She is fine. She has seafood allergies, I didn't know. I am sorry, Auntie" Jacob's guilty answer made Mrs. Harbor feel more guilty about what they're doing with Jacob.

" No, Son. She might have her reason to eat. Don't worry about it. Take some rest. I will stay with her" Mrs Harbor tried to comfort him but Jacob didn't buy it. He wants to know why she didn't tell him, Why she needed to accompany him to eat the things that are dangerous to her.

"It's okay. Auntie. Let me stay by her side. I should have been more careful. You go back home. She is sleeping now. So I will take care of the hospital and call you when she wakes up " Jacob insisted. He doesn't want to leave her side for a single second.

Mrs. Harbor sighs sharply. She looks at Alisha and then at Jacob. They are getting along well. That makes her happy. However, She feels sad that her daughter is sacrificing herself for her sister...

" I am going back then. Call me when you need something, Jacob." Mrs. Harbor left after having second thoughts.

Jacob fixes the blanket on Alisha and rests his head on the bed while staring at her. He is in love with her crazily. Jacob's family is prestigious and known for their loyalty to their partner. After Jacob understood what love is, He always wanted to be with Alissa. That's why even though he was only 10 at that time, He didn't mind telling his parents that he wanted Alissa as his wife.

Because of his unworldly handsomeness and remarkable character, Many girls were head over heels in love with him. Abroad, He was confessed by many girls even a politician who personally tried to make Jacob knot a tie with his daughter. But Jacob respectively refused everyone. Telling them, He already loves someone and she is everything to him.

But With all of his passionate love, he couldn't meet Alissa once. Their parents strictly forbid them not to contact each other until they complete their graduation from university. So Jacob had to wait for this day to be with Alissa.

Last year, The twins graduated, Alisha doesn't like to interact with people, So She has her studio where she can paint and sometimes helps her Dad. Alissa was extraordinary. She became the top student with a record mark in every subject. She started working in her Dad's company. But Alissa never mentioned Jacob in those past years. She once said if Jacob looks like a prince charming, She will date him.

Right now...

Jacob brushes Alisha's hand with his thumb softly. He doesn't like to see her at this stage. He swore that he would protect her, and love her until his last breath of life, But today he didn't even notice her struggling while eating the sushi. He feels himself useless and someone who doesn't deserve Alissa.

" I am sorry. If I didn't tell you to have dinner together"

His voice is filled with guilt. He inhales then exhales sharply placing a soft kiss on her hand.

Next morning.

Alisha's eyelids tremble when she feels a little cold because of the A.C. She opens her heavy eyelids while trying to move a little. But she becomes stunned when she notices Jacob's face is too close to her. Stopping herself and moving backward, She quietly covers his body with half of the blanket. Then touches his hair which is on her forehead to move.. But a crease appears on her forehead when she finds the wire in her hand connected and then the room. She realized she had ended up at the hospital after eating sushi.

That means Jacob found out she is not Alissa but Alisha. She hurriedly wanted to get up and leave because she had no strength to face Jacob. She just betrayed him and his innocent love. But She gasps when Jacob grabs her wrist and pulls her onto the bed.

" Where are you going? Are you okay?" Jacob's voice is filled with worry. Alisha bites her lip while her eyes are becoming glossy. Anytime she will burst into tears. She is scared as well

" Why aren't you answering? Are you -?"

" I am sorry. I didn't have any other choices but I had to do it. I am sorry" She burst into tears. Jacob becomes speechless when she cries loudly like a small kid. However, He sighs and cups her face.

" Alissa! Calm down. I don't know that you have allergies to seafood or I would have never asked you to go there. I am sorry about this.." Giving a small peck on her lips, he explained. Alisha meanwhile is in a daze. She almost popped the secret out because of her overemotional situation.

" Why didn't you tell me that you can't eat seafood? Don't I deserve to you know best?" asked Jacob with sadness all over his face. Alisha felt guilty once again. She didn't want to trouble him but ended up troubling him more.

" Sorry, I thought maybe I would be fine. I'm stupid, right? I should be honest with the person I love. Sorry. It's my fault that I didn't open up " Alisha spoke with her guilty smile. Jacob Hugs her, heaving a Deep sigh of relief.

" Next time, Let's be honest with each other, OK? " Jacob touches her face, and Alisha nods rubbing her face against his palm. Jacob smiles giving another soft kiss on her forehead. He just loves this girl so much.

After getting discharged from the hospital, Both of them go home. Meanwhile, Mrs. Williamson and Mrs. Harbor are having a conversation when they enter the hall room.

Mrs Williamson notices them coming back together, She stands up and walks towards Alisha with concern.

" How are you feeling, Sweetheart? My stupid son made you suffer" She glares at Jacob who keeps his face unbothered.. Alisha shakes as No and smiles sweetly

" I am the one who didn't tell him that I am allergic to seafood. I am sorry" she apologized. Mrs Williamson takes her to sit down on the couch and holds her hand firmly.

" Next time, don't do this. Health is important." Alisha nods after hearing from her.

Mrs Williamson looks at Jacob who is standing right behind Alissa folding his hands together..

" You should take Alissa to visit your company. Your Dad called me to inform you about the shipments" She handed a file over Jacob.. Jacob frowns but his face brightens when he sees the final sign from the administration office of a business proposal.

" Alissa! wanna go to see our new company?" He bends down a little looking at Alisha who is figuring out what they are talking about.

" Sure. " She replied excitedly. But Mrs. Harbor comes forward and looks at Alisha.

" Will you be okay? You just came back home from the hospital" She was concerned but Alisha smiled assuring her that she would be fine.

" I am totally fine and strong now. ThankpowerfulMr Williamson " She grins winking at Jacob playfully.. Jacob blushes slightly.. Pinching her nose.

" Don't worry, Auntie... I will take care of her.."

Jacob assured.

" OK...We can't stop our young generation from their lovey-dovey life.."
