" Dad, mom... It's not how you think it is... I... I can explain. " I said but didn't know what to say.

" We were working on a seminar in which we have to participate together and got very tired while working on it and once we had food, we might have slept as we were tired. Isn't it sir?? " I blurted out whatever came into my mind.

" Oh, y..yeah. " He said.

" What do you do?? Oh yes, you are a doctor. You seemed to be older?? " My dad was trying to assess him.

" Yes, sir I am a Pathologist, her senior. Riya is my assistant and I live next door to her./ " He said.

" You live here, in these apartments? " my dad asked.

" Yes, sir!! " He said.

" What do your parents do?? " My dad asked him. Dr Parth looked at me and I felt bad for him.

But he took a deep breath and said, " Sir, my parents are no more, they died in an accident. "

" Oh, ok! I am sorry. But that means you are on your own?" My dad asked.
