NATALIA

Romeo told me to wait for him. And I could swear on anyone when he said that my heart skipped two beats because it was not his words that forced me to believe but it was his eyes that made me want to believe him for once.

I stood there in the dimly lit hallway, my eyes fixed on Romeo as he walked away to go to his room as my aunt who turned out to be the Dragon Master, told him to stay over for a day or two. My mind raced with thoughts of what he could be planning, what he could want from me. It didn't take an idiot to tell me that it was all about his obsession with me.

"I don't know," I said, my voice shaky. "I don't know if I can do this anymore, Romeo."

"Natalia, I don't know about other life, but, in this life, I'm not gonna let you go." When he said that, I saw something dark cross his expression. It was a look that made me want to run in the opposite direction, but my feet wouldn't budge.

I could feel Romeo's eyes on me, his gaze burning into my skin. It was suffocating

NATALIAI woke up with the first ray of the sun and quickly got out of bed, eager to start my day. I knew I had to hurry if I wanted to make it to the human world before Romeo showed up. My aunt's house was like a dragon's lair, and I couldn't bear to spend another day under her watchful eye.I quickly jumped into the shower, my mind racing with thoughts of my friend Sarah and how I couldn't wait to see her. I went through my morning routine at breakneck speed, eager to escape my aunt's dragon territory.Yesterday, Romeo had caught me having breakfast with my aunt, and I couldn't bear the thought of him seeing me again. I had to get out of there before he showed up.As I finished my morning routine, I took a deep breath and summoned the courage to ask my aunt to open a portal to Sarah's home in the human world. It was my only chance to escape, and I knew I had to take it."Please, Aunt," I said, my voice shaking slightly. "I need to go to Sarah's house in the human world. Can you open

NATALIAI stepped out of the portal and was immediately greeted by the sound of Romeo's voice. "Ah! there you are!" he exclaimed. My heart raced at the sound of his voice and I couldn't help but feel a mixture of excitement and dread at the sight of him. Standing before me, with his eyes narrowed mischievously and a sly smile playing on his lips was Romeo. He stood tall and proud, his chin held high, his sleek hair perfectly styled, and his black clothes fitting him like a second skin, making his features stand out even more. But my attention was quickly diverted to my aunt, Suli, also known as the dragon master. She was dressed in her ceremonial robes, ready to attend the blood moon ceremony, and it was obvious that I was expected to go with her. I looked back at the portal behind me, still open, and thought about Sarah, my friend who was waiting for me on the other side. She couldn't see through the portal, and I knew it could be dangerous for her if she stayed there too long. I had

ROMEOI took a deep breath, trying to control my emotions. Natalia, my love, was pushing me to the edge. Her stubbornness was making me lose my mind. I had to do something to make her understand that I was serious about this. I had to show her that I was not to be trifled with."Ok babes, if you don't want to go it's perfectly fine you can stay here or you can go back to Sarah's house," I said, my voice low and controlled.I looked at her friend, Sarah, whom Natalia was desperately trying to protect from me. She was a pretty girl, with long brown hair and green eyes, but I couldn't care less about her at the moment. All I wanted was Natalia, and I would do anything to get her.As Natalia tried to reason with me, I couldn't help but think about how wrong she was about me. She thought I was going to harm Sarah, but she was wrong. I wasn't interested in hurting anyone, except maybe for Sarah if she didn't do what I said."And as for Sarah," I said, my eyes fixed on her, "here, wear this

ROMEODragon Master opened the portal, and I stepped into it with Natalia by my side. My heart pounded in my chest as the swirling vortex enveloped us, transporting us to the blood moon ceremony. The cold wind danced on my skin, sending shivers down my spine. But despite the frigid temperatures, I felt a strange sense of calm wash over me.As we emerged on the other side, I surveyed our surroundings. We had arrived at the foot of a towering mountain, its peaks obscured by the ominous clouds that hung low in the sky. The air was thick with the acrid scent of sulfur, and the ground beneath our feet was barren and lifeless and it was covered with nothing but the white snow. Despite the foreboding atmosphere, I couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement course through me. This was the moment I had been waiting for, the moment when I would finally be able to prove myself to the other members of the Blood Moon Society. But as I looked at Natalia, standing steadfastly by my side, my resolv

ROMEOI put down the two halves of the moonstone in the secured box, feeling the weight of the halves in my hands as I carefully placed them inside. It wasn't the right time to join the halves just yet, as we still had an hour left before the moon would come to its rightful position. I couldn't risk any mistakes now, not when everything was riding on this one moment. With the moonstone safely stowed away, I stepped down from the stage where I had just revealed my real age to everyone who was present. It was a risky move, but I had to do it. I had to prove to Natalia and the rest of the crowd that I was worthy of their trust and admiration. As I made my way towards Natalia, the crowd parted to let me pass through. I couldn't help but notice the way she was holding her breath, her eyes wide and fixed on me. I knew that my words were the only thing that were buzzing in her pretty ears. I could feel the weight of her gaze on me, and I knew that I had to do everything in my power to live u

They were all staring at me with a mix of horror and disbelief, their eyes wide and their bodies trembling with fear.Ivan stood beside me, his own expression unreadable as I handed him the bloody knife. I turned away, feeling sick to my stomach as I wiped the blood off my hands with a clean piece of silk cloth. The scent of death hung heavy in the air, and I couldn't shake the feeling that I had just made a grave mistake. But as I looked back at the pack members, I saw something else in their eyes - fear. They were afraid of me, of what I had just done to their Luna. It was something none of them had ever thought possible, and the shock was written plainly on their faces.Even my own pack members were taken aback by what they had witnessed. They had always known me to be ruthless in battle, but this was something else entirel

ROMEOI stood before Natalia, surrounded by the pack members and creatures from all over who had gathered to witness me making her my Luna. This was the moment I had been waiting for, the moment when I would claim her as my own.But then she spoke, her voice cutting through the silence like a sharp knife. I felt a wave of disbelief wash over me, and I stared at her for what felt like an eternity. How could she say no? After all that I had done for her, after everything I had sacrificed, how could she refuse to become my Luna? My mind raced as I tried to make sense of it all. I had just put an end to Veronica's life in front of everyone, just because of her. Didn't she see what I had done for her, how much I loved her?I felt a surge of ang

The cruelty of my brother, Romeo, had been too much for her to bear.I had been following Natalia and her friend Sarah, but I kept a safe distance. I couldn't help but be drawn to Sarah. There was something about her that I found myself becoming increasingly attracted to.I knew that it was ridiculous, but I couldn't help myself. Maybe it was the way she carried herself, or the wild scent that surrounded her. Or maybe it was just the great figure that she had. She had the perfect quantity of everything that a woman needed, and I couldn't take my eyes off of her.But I also knew that I couldn't let my guard down. Sarah was not one of us, and she was not to be trusted. The urgency in my chest fueled the anxiety in my voice when he finally picked up."Romeo, it's Sydney," I blurted out, the words tumbling over each other. "I need your advice. Should I head to Natalia's now? Something just doesn't feel right, like there's an eerie cloud hanging over her due date."There was a pause on the other end, and then he asked, "What's going on?"It's hard to explain," I began, struggling to find the right words. "It's like there's something malevolent inside her, something beyond the ordinary. I can't shake this feeling that the child she's carrying isn't just a bundle of joy. It's like there's a darkness, and it's threatening both her and the baby."I could almost hear Romeo furrowing his brow on the other end. "Darkness? What do you mean?"I mean, it's as if there's an evil presence in her womb," I confessed, my voice dropping to a hushed tone. "And I'm afraid that once that chi
