Chapter 54

Freya's POV Continued

Morning came and went. Andrew got released from the hospital, once the papers were signed we headed down to where Madi was, she woke up a few times but was sleeping when we were there so I wasn't able to see her.

Her mother said she gave her report to the officers but they lifted the guards on duty since Trevor was in custody now.

Once we made it home with Jenna, she was who picked us up, we ate some food together that my dad made when we were on our way to the house.

After eating we all sat there speaking with one another about everything that had happened, also that our court dates will be changing, as well as new charges being added against Trevor.

I was exhausted, even though I did get a few hours of sleep, I was overwhelmingly tired, the thoughts of showering then crawling into bed sounded like heaven.

"Why don't you to go get settled upstairs, I'm sure you are both tired.

Let's go to dinner tonight?"
