At La Fleur, Raymond immediately asked the moment Edward hung up, “What did he say, Edward?”

“He said he’ll come to the office right now,” Edward replied with a sneer.

“Haha. Great. I can’t wait to see the expression on his face,” Raymond was gleeful about this.

He was not the only one. Even Anna and Riley were looking forward to it.

Edward grunted coldly and said, “Just watch. I’ll teach that bumpkin a proper lesson.”

He felt humiliated at the memory of Chase making him kneel the night before. He could not wait to regain his dignity in front of Chase.

Edward’s phone suddenly rang. The call was from Whitney. “Edward, I’m at the door of your company along with Yvie and Ted.”

He replied, “Alright. Wait for me in the company’s meeting room. The human resource manager will be interviewing them. I’ve already informed him about you guys.”

“That’s great. Thank you, Edward. I’ll make sure to remember your help.”

Whitney said this gleefully and hung up.
