ARIA’S POV

Just then, I hear Adam’s voice.

“I’m fine, Aria… Thanks for asking about me.”

I blush, unsure of why, feeling the weight of everyone's eyes on me. Neal remains silent, his expression unreadable, though it seems he isn't pleased either with Adam’s presence or maybe because of some other issue.
