My feet were tapping against the floor below as I waited for the clock to strike ten. I was currently sitting outside the principal’s office, waiting for the rest of the party to join us. Principal Sherman had asked everyone including Asher, his parents and Leslie’s parents to join the meeting to discuss the recent complaint I had raised against him.

As time passed, I only started to grow more nervous as it was the first time I would essentially be defending myself against such important members of the pack. I wished Marcus had been by my side today, as he always seemed to know what to do when it pertained to matters involving Asher.
