"Bastard!" Triana cursed. She knew she shouldn't have meddled with the business, and now, here comes the trouble.

Triana turned around and tried to shift immediately when she saw four wolves staring at her menacingly. And the leading black one, who had just slapped her, still held his paws up.

Triana at first thought that they were rogues, but when she found that they smelt the same as the man on the ground, she was slightly relieved that they wouldn't give her a hard time as long as she explained the reason why she's here.

"Hey, let me explain, things are not what you think..." But before Triana finished her words, her whole body was pounced to the ground by the black wolf.

His attitude completely irritated Triana. She grew up being taught fighting skills by her father who is an Alpha, so even the average alpha was not a match for her. But now she's not in her right mind.

Despite that, she was raised as an heir, and the most important thing for her is perseverance and persistence. She will never give up until the last moment.

Triana gritted her teeth, put all her strength into a swift counterattack. She immediately choked the wolf's neck and pinned his head to the ground. "Listen, I don't want to fight with you, but if you try to kill me without figuring anything out, you guys will die horribly even before I die!"

"Gayle ...."

Triana was red-eyed and still trying to figure out how to get out of the predicament in front of her when the man on the ground finally woke up.

Triana turned to the wounded man and the werewolf on the ground immediately got up and ran to his side, "Alpha, are you okay? Is everything okay? "

Alpha? This man is actually an alpha? That's even stranger that an alpha would be assaulted like this.

Seeing the man come to his senses, the other wolves followed the black wolf and quickly shifted to human. Triana covered her eyes until they all put on their clothes.

The man on the ground was helped up by the black wolf named Gayle, and soon, some other wolves found the man's clothes left under the big tree, and the man quickly dressed up as well.

"Alpha, now that you're awake, how to deal with this woman?" Gayle looked in Triana's direction, eyes still with killing intent. This woman smelt so much like a rogue, and she is the only one here, so Alpha's wounds must have something to do with her.

"Deal with me?" Triana recalled Gayle's rudeness, her the voice turning colder. "If it wasn't for me, your Alpha would have died from blood loss. You didn't feel grateful to me, but want to 'deal with' me? Which pack are you guys from? How dare you all be a bunch of ungrateful villains?"

"Blood Pack! How dare you, a rogue, insult our pack? I think you have lived for too long." Gayle's face was flushed with anger. He wanted to break the woman's neck at any moment, but he also knew that he probably couldn't beat her up, which made him feel more humiliated.

Blood Pack? So the man on the ground just now was the Alpha of the Blood Pack, Blaze? Legend has it that he was so strong that he was once able to exterminate a medium-sized pack all by himself, so what was the reason for his injury today? And she also heard that the Blood Pack was growing powerful since Alpha Blaze took over it, and the territory was getting broader, so many small packs even volunteered to join the Blood Pack, just because they are disciplined and never bully the weak.

But their principle, is never being soft on rogues.

"You just said you are from Blood Pack? But I haven't heard that the Blood Pack will kill innocent people indiscriminately, Alpha Blaze, am I right?" Triana gritted her teeth and glared at the man who had dressed up. He had been staring at her with his deep eyes ever since he woke up, as if she was his prey that couldn't escape from today. Had she really bumped into another trouble today?

"Gayle, calm down." Blaze looked at the woman glaring at him and felt a little funny inside. He still remembered a special scent she had given off when she was near him while he was unconscious. The powerful attraction was definitely the mate bond!

But he wasn't completely sure, after all, he had only cut his matehood with Alma, and he couldn't believe that the moon goddess would treat him so generously and let him find his second-chance mate right away.

What's more, she didn't seem to perceive the bond at all, which made him even more uncertain. She obviously had a wolf, but she couldn't feel the mate bond, what's wrong exactly?

"Alpha, do not waste time. There is definitely something wrong with this woman!" Gayle urged. What he could smell from this woman was disgusting, and all he wanted to do was to kill this rogue for his alpha.

"Gayle, she did save me." Blaze narrowed his eyes at Gayle, as a dangerous signal. He had always been pleased with Gayle's loyalty, but today, Gayle's recklessness made him cranky.

"Blaze, listen, she is indeed our mate, and you must take her back!" Roz, Blaze's wolf also voiced out. However, Blaze ignored his wolf. He couldn't easily accept a second mate until he confirmed the woman's identity.

Blaze looked at the wretched woman, whose skirt was ripped off a large part since she was wrapping his wounds, which revealed her long and slender legs. They were undoubtedly tempting.

He remembered that when he was unconscious, his penis became unbearably swollen under her touch, and this reaction reappeared at this moment.

'Calm down, Blaze,' he tried to suppress his almost arousing desire in his lower abdomen. Step by step, he walked towards Triana until his mouth was only an inch away from hers, and he stopped.

"What... what do you want?!" Triana panicked and tried to push him away, but Blake quickly gripped on her.

"Tell me, who are you? Why do you come here?" Blaze's heavy breath sprayed on her face. Triana was a little bit dazed. Although she and Bruno were mates, but she just accepted his mark, but did not have sex with him. She planned to keep her virginity for Bruno till their wedding night.

Now, this stranger man was so close to her, but she didn't feel any discomfort. Why was that? There were several 'whys' filling her brain today.

All she had to do was get out of here.

"Let me go," Triana said, struggling. "It doesn't matter who I am, what matters is that I saved you, and now I don't want anything in return, I just want to leave, okay?"

She didn't want to bring up the pack that broke her heart at the moment. Bruno betrayed her, and the pack members she was trying to protect didn't even support her, but screaming at her and urging her to get lost.

"Alpha..." The two werewolves who had gone to investigate the whole thing suddenly rushed to them, catching everyone's attention.

"We found the dead bodies of the two guards at the border," one of them reported.

"Hmm..." Blaze nodded, releasing his grip on Triana, and then ordered Gayle, "Clean the mess here. Let's go."

Triana was finally freed and she immediately tried to leave, but Blaze's next words made her jaw drop."You too, are coming with us."

"Me?" Triana put her forefinger on her chest, watching Blaze with wide eyes.

"You saved me, didn't you?" Blaze spoke, with that sort of majesty that could not be denied. "Stay in my packhouse and enjoy my hospitality."

He wanted to find the reason for this attraction. He just accepted Alma's rejection. 'Could this be my second Luna?'

He needed to figure it out.

Blaze turned around and walked away, trailed behind by Gayle.

If gazes could kill, then Blaze would have died hundreds of times. After she was betrayed by Bruno, all she could think about was how to make herself strong. She wished that one day she would be able to take back her pack as soon as possible, and she needed to do now was to work on her abilities and become stronger, rather than get into another mess.

But she knew she had no choice right now. Blaze was really powerful, and she couldn't challenge to irritate a beast when she's weak.

Triana followed Blaze obediently. But after she reached the council square of Blood Pack, what Blaze had said made her feel like she had fallen into an abyss,

"Gayle, put her in the dungeon."
