Aaron remained silent as soon as they reached his car. He waited for the perfect timing to clear things between Dianna.

Earlier, he mentioned about courting her, but it was merely a lie. It was only a plan, and he didn’t consult her yet about it. He undeniably had to apologize before anything bad happen.

“I’m sorry, Dianna! I didn’t want to say those words, but I didn’t have a choice but lie,” said Aaron with rosy cheeks and red ears.

Dianna wondered why he was acting so weird. She didn’t see anything terrible, instead she was very grateful because of him.

She giggled, “Stop it, Aaron! I should be thanking you and I understand why you said those words to them.”

After a long battle, Dianna had finally found a way that ended it. Her heart became a lightweight thing like a feather. It was surreal.

They tried so hard to find it, until two guards heard a loud noise coming from the backyard. They looked at each other, thinking whether to check it or not. “Hey, let’s check the backyard! I’ve heard noises coming from the backyard.” “Ignore it. Perhaps it’s because of the strong wind,” said the other guard. At the end, they didn’t check the backyard and took a nap instead.
