LYRA'S POV.

The next day dawned with the soft glow of morning light filtering through the cabin's windows. I slowly opened my eyes, feeling a dull ache in my head that lingered from the events of the previous night. Helena was already up, moving around the room as she prepared to leave for the palace.

Sitting up, I groaned softly, attempting to shake off the remnants of sleep. The flickering flames in the fireplace seemed to dance in harmony with my discomfort.

The thought of Alpha Gray, greeted my mind, causing a wide smile to form on my face. I wondered how he was, and the thought of him being with Raven sent a chill of disgust through my body. Something had to be done, and be done quickly.
