When Ryan was 18years of age and had not found his mate throughout the whole town, his mother and father had discussed things between themselves on the solution to it if the problem persisted.
And it was their traditional way of finding a mate.
For past rulers that were late bloomers, a mate was arranged for them and these mates were either also late bloomers or had dead mates. A ceremony is then organized on the day of the mates revealing where some rituals were done to seal the new couple, such that if they got to the age where they would find their mate, they could either discard it or marry again. This law was old and had not been placed in use for a very long time.
