Chapter 76

Sarah

Where the hell am I? I rub my head, trying to remember how I got there, but I'm dizzy, and my head is all fuzzy.

It takes me a few seconds to remember what happened and jump out of bed.

I was fully dressed, which was a relief, but when I looked around, I saw that the bed was in a windowless place, and the only door that existed was closed.

I stagger to my feet and try to open the door, but it's locked.

When I hear noise from the other side, I look around for something to defend myself with. The only thing I see is a small bench, so I grab it by the legs and stand behind the door.

When someone opens the door and comes in, I swing the bench and hit the man in the head with all my strength, but he feels me and avoids the full blow, still falling to the floor.

I lift the bench again for a second blow, but someone grabs my arm, stopping my movement, and I turn around and hit him in the balls with a knee.

- Fuck, Sarah, it was David who sent us. Fuck, that hurt. - says the second man,
