Love has no Boundaries

I was so happy that night. I was holding his jacket and was smelling his perfume. He was treating me like a princess and I loved that.

I the way he was valuing my boundaries I liked. After some time when I lay down, I got his message. So we started talking and from then on we started getting closer.

I was feeling lost for his love. I was falling for him and I was liking it. Our families were happy. And finally, our engagement got fixed. Meanwhile, the car stopped and I came out looking at Rahul in disbelief.

"What happened?? You were so silent. You didn't say a word all along. Are you feeling alright?? I mean we can go back if you are not okay."

"No, it's ok. Let's go."

We went in and all my friends were there and they were so happy seeing me. We had a blast and after that, we all were wearing masks and started dancing. I was dancing with Rahul and he was getting closer giving me a glimpse of my past. I was suffocating so I rushed to the restroom.

I stayed there for a while and after I was better I got out. I didn't know what happened all of a sudden. Who was there I just felt a strong grip on my hand and someone placed his hand on my mouth and was so close to me.

I was trying to scream but I couldn't. It was dark in that area so I couldn't see his face.

He was still holding me like that when I first felt his hand on my neck.

Oh no. That can't be true. It can't be hin. No.

I wasn't able to imagine that it was him. His touch. His heartbeat I was listening to that. I could never forget that. He whispered.

"You are gonna pay for what you did to me."

Before I turned around and followed him he wasn't there. I came out and looked around but there was no one. Rahul looked at my face.

"Hey?? What happened?? Are you alright??"

"Yeah, I think I have seen Ryan. He was in here."

"No way. I was staying outside waiting for you. No one came here."

"I am sure he was there."

"Okay, let me check then. Stay here."

He went in and came back after a while.

"There's nobody inside. You must be mistaken."

"I swear I have seen him."

"Did you see his face??"

"No, but I know it was him."

"Okay come on. Let's go."

Rahul held my hand and we got out of the club. We got in the car and I was feeling a bit better then.

"Let's go home then."

"Isn't this the same club where you came for his birthday??"

"Yeah."

"It's quite possible that you were mistaking it for him and were just imagining that. I mean I was out there. Nobody got in or got out. There was no one."

"I think you are right. I might be thinking that. Let's go home."

We went home and he held my hand.

"I know Shanaya. It's really hard for you. but I am here. You can talk to me. You can share it with me. And trust me you can count on me."

"I know."

He Kissed my cheeks and then he opened his dashboard. And take out a gift.

"What's this."

"It's a small gift. Open it when you feel you are ready to move on with me. I am here waiting for you. And I will wait for you as much longer as you want."

I went out and after changing I was still thinking if it was okay. Whether I was imagining it or what?? I can't hallucinate.

I was questioning my senses. After that, I slept. The next morning I got you and after freshening up I saw the gift Rahul gave me. It was on the dressing table. I sat there and opened it. 

There was a really beautiful bracelet and the tiny diamond pieces were making it look more beautiful. There was a card.

"I want you to wear it and feel that I am around you always. I might not be the perfect guy but I want to be the one for you. I love you and I can't imagine any future without you. I love you Shanaya Singhania."

That was so sweet. I was thinking about all that and Dad was right actually. I can't just think about that coward who betrayed me and left me. I didn't want to think about him anymore. My hatred for him had grown so much.

It was finally time for me to move on. I wasn't that much happy but I was satisfied. After breakfast I texted Rahul.

"I think I am ready to give it a try."

"Then let me talk to my parents if you are comfortable??"

"Okay. "

By the evening His parents called Dad and they wanted to come home. Mom and Dad were so happy with my decision. They were coming the next day at lunch. So I got ready the next day and It was a nice meeting.

Everyone was happy and I was trying to keep Ryan out of my head. After they left they asked Dad to decide on a date for the engagement.

Dad fixed next week's date and Asked me to do the shopping. So I went out with Mon and started shopping. I was recalling the time when Ryan and I got into that shop for my bridal dress.

I still remember his face and the way he was looking at me with those mesmerizing eyes. He was lost looking at me.

I went into the changing room and I remembered that day he was in there and he held me from behind. He was placing his head on my shoulder and looking at me in the mirror. 

I was feeling so shy in his arms and he then turned me around and crashed his lips on mine. It was the first time we kissed like that. He was taking all my breath away.
