Body Seal Removal

My body felt so warm, until then the heat spread so it was very real. I feel like I'm in pain and holding back something but I don't know what it is. Until finally a packaged white light came out of my body so clearly, I became so very powerful when I let it out, as if I had really, really, really great power, it's no joke. It's just that in the end I just fell when the light disappeared from my body. I was almost unconscious, my body felt so very weak and completely helpless. And I don't know what happened, I really feel that this is something that no one could ever imagine. what happened to me?
