Ember's POV

I rushed into the ward when I heard that their heart rate was deteriorating rapidly. The amount of noise that the heart monitor was making made me allergic and collapsed on the ground but I maintained my calmness.

"You said that they were stable. Were you lying to me?" I demanded when I saw the doctor running about, also looking confused.

"Why are you just standing there? Tell the Luna to leave and bring the necessary things here."

"No way. I am not leaving this place at all. If you know what's good for you you would answer that man because if my kids die you'll have yourself to blame and I am not kidding. I've tolerated you enough and I won't continue." I warned one of the nurses.

They obeyed my orders instead while I watched what they were doing.

A big table was wheeled in after a while and certain instruments were present there. I didn't know what to do to make sure that the kids remained okay
