YOU FORGOT ME?

Zach and Paige spent the day playing by the beach, swimming, and sharing stories from their childhood.

His phone rang and he answered it when he saw that it was from Hailey.

"Hailey, it's been a while," he said while stroking Paige's hair.

"I wanted to confirm if this is the Zach I know or if it's someone else," she replied.

He was surprised, "What do you mean by that?"

"I'm really surprised, Zach," she said. "I thought we were very close and you cared for me but it's surprising that I moved out of your house and you didn't even notice or try to find out why.

I haven't been myself, I was diagnosed with a mental disorder and even attempted suicide but the one whom I considered my own never cared to call even once or check up on me.

I don't know what happened to us or when we fell apart but I just want to use this opportunity to tell you how disappointed and betrayed I feel." As she spoke, Hailey began to cry and Zach was shocked by her words.
