A YEAR AGO

JOB INTERVIEW

        Ms. Jasmin Rheas has applied for the job as a female butler in Martin's mansion because the salary offer was high, a pretty good sum with some benefit, health, dental and insurance benefits but the job was a little tough and demanding. Thinking the salary was high offered, this would help a lot to her family as she came from an average family status. 

        It was a wide range of responsibilities to handle this job in the mansion. The responsibilities have a wide scope to take. It was to handle the unpredictable and predictable needs of the household. To become the highest rank of a servant in the mansion, managing as well all the services of all the workers in the mansion.

        Jasmin was interviewed by Mr. Martin with his wife's presence.  The man boss, Mr. Martin did most of the questioning. Mrs. Martin just seated beside him and listened or maybe not really minded the interview, it is all up to Mr. Martin's decision anyway.

        After giving a brief introduction of themselves and the scope of the would-be job duties.  Mr. Martin asked her, " Do you think you can handle the job when you don't have any experience of this kind of job?"

        "I will try my best, sir.  I am willing to learn all the things needed to widen my knowledge to be able to carry on all the responsibilities successful," answered Jasmin cheerfully.

       " Do you think its a hard Job?" asked Mr. Martin

        "Sir, I believed there's no hard Job n for people who are hardworking and dedicated to their work. I have trust in my capabilities that I can handle it," she explained.

        Jasmin was still in her early twenties. She was an undergraduate in a management course.  The hard life of the family made her stopped schooling because the parents can not afford her tuition fees and need money for the household expenses of their family.  As the eldest child of the family, she has the responsibility of helping her parents earning for the household finances.

        " You don't have a long experience in management, do you think you really can do it?" questioned Mr. Martin in intimidation looking straight in her eyes. 

        "It involved a wide range of services which is the highest rank of job in the mansion.  Everyone and almost everything will be in your hands to handle." Mr. Martin added looking at her resume which showed at her early age had already done many kinds of jobs.  Jobs she has taken were store merchandising which involved organizing and recording sales stocks, crew leadership which was handling workers and services, and receptionist which involves public relationship jobs.  Although her experiences are not long enough they were good stepping stones for the job offer as they have a connection to her previous jobs.

        "My experiences from my past jobs have all connection in your job offer, sir, although they are not very long enough, they still give me a good knowledge of managing or handling the job," Jasmin explained with a smile.

        " I am open to learning given a privilege to be taught. I am hardworking and dedicated to my work to pursue success doing properly and responsibly my job," she honestly said looking directly to the eyes of Mr. Martin who is also deeply looking into her eyes.

        The butler's job offer of Martin's family has a wide scope of services. The couples ha already interviewed many applicants but were not given the luck to get the job.  The applicants were either came for an interview with the true intention of working or just came to see and meet Mr. Martin personally as most of the girls had admiration or crush with Mr. Martin who exudes with a god-like beauty. It seems that when a man was created by God, he was perfectly made. 

        " You're hired," said Mr. Martin as he stood up extending his right hand to Jasmin.

        " Thank you, sir," Jasmin answered as she extended her left hand to Mr. Rhyes.

        "You can start working the day after tomorrow. But you need to come to start living in the mansion starting tomorrow, so you bring with you your stuff in order to get organized in your room.  Our old butler, Mr. Lester will walk you around the mansion and gives you other more details of the job. Also, the paper works that you must be doing and reporting to me every month," explained Mr. Martin.   "I'll see you tomorrow evening," he added.
