Ji-Ha Kang

Everything smoothly for my presentation. I got the project and I have to start soon. I actually can't believe it, cause I always get turned down since last month. And I actually didn't bring some of my materials at home and since I stayed at Dohyung's... I even borrowed Ji-Ha's clothes for this since I don't have extra clothes... I guess this is my lucky day? I hope I don't get bad luck soon.

I heard my phone ring and received a message from her. "＼(^o^)／How's the presentation going? Did you get the project?"

"Yes, Thank you very much for everything!" I replied.

Then she immediately replied to me."(≧▽≦) THAT'S GREAT! How about we celebrate today? My treat! (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧"

"Should I be the one who treats?"

"Nooo~ It's ok I also want this. It will be a celebration of our friendship too! ✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧"

"Make sense. (つ✧ω✧)つI'll take it. See you later!"

I chuckled a little. I can't believe I am with friends with my idol's wife. I can't help but look at her being cute too. I wonder if she will bring Dohyung too. And I typed my question and it hit me she might think I am pursuing her husband so I just remove the message.

We meet at a nearby restaurant. She didn't bring her husband with her. But she treats me at this fancy restaurant. "I-is it really ok for you to shoulder all these?" I can't believe I will eat this fancy food in Infront of me.

"No worries, my job pays well and it's my decision to spend it. Anyway..."

And we discussed so many things. From hobbies and interests. It's shocking we almost have the same hobbies like games, arts and such. Except for idol simping which the fact a hobby I hide from everyone especially here since it's her husband...

I really have fun though. I actually forgot the tv drama will be aired that Dohyung actually cast in that time.

And she picked up her phone cause it was ringing. It's probably her husband on the line. I am observant of other people's expressions and I wonder why her face immediately went expressionless but with a hint of annoyance when she was talking on the phone. She was always smiling when talking to me earlier. Probably it's been a while since she have a good time so I shrug it off.

She ended the call. "Your husband?" I ask and she nodded.

"He said we probably stayed too long. Haa. It's so hard when you actually got married now..."

"I forgot to ask who took care of your son?."

"Dohyung is the one who took care of him during weekdays. I should be the one who has to take care of Jeremy today but it is also his day off so he insisted to extend this weekend. He doesn't have many projects anyway so it's fine."

"Oh"

"Any way where do you live? I'll take you to your home."

"Huh, are you sure? I will just take a bus ride around here..."

"Yeah. I also want to practice my driving anyway." She gestures at the car parking at the corner. I assumed it was her car.

"You have a car?"

"Of course, I use it to bring Jeremy to school and then work."

I didn't know they have a car. In Dohyung's SNS he said one time he go to work by commute... And wait can he also drive? I bit my tongue to keep myself from asking that info.

She opened the car and gestured for me to come in and sit beside her.

"Ah eh is it ok?" I feel flustered by the offer. They said that the passenger seat is only for the car owner's partner, or in short, lover.

"Of course!"

I shake the thought and sit there. I probably watch too many dramas and read too many romance novels and comics. Haaa what's wrong with my mind?

I told her my address and she started to drive. While we are on the road she suddenly asked. "Hahaha, I just wanted to know why you suddenly feel flustered when I offer you the passenger seat."

"Eh, Uhm, I just thought I am stealing your husband's seat hahaha."

"He never seats there. Probably once when I offer him to drive to work. There's something that makes him uncomfortable there so mostly he rides at the back now or commutes."

"Eh, now I wonder when did you meet?" I think this is a perfect opportunity to ask this golden question.

"Hmm, we are childhood friends. His parents and I are already close friends for a long time so I already know him as young as I remember."

"Woah childhood sweetheart is rare these days!"

"Hahaha well, one time when I was in the middle of healing my broken heart he asked me to date him and the story goes on. Our parents are so happy when they knew we are dating." She smiled. "You can't believe how he was when he was younger. He might be friendly to everyone. But when he's the type who is so blunt even with girls. He never dated anyone. Hmm, now that I think about it he never asks a girl to date. I am the only one he asks out."

"He is so cute." omg I just discovered Dohyung is such a sweetheart... I really thought he dated a lot of girls because of his features. I'm pretty sure most girls will want to date him. I am included, not gonna lie.

"How about you do you date someone?"

I cough from the question. "I... Don't have hahaha." It's your husband's fault that I can't date normal guys now... My standards are just too high because of Dohyung...

"Sorry for asking. You will find someone soon." She glances at me with a gentle smile. And looked back at the road.

"Ah, I don't worry about not getting married. It's just I think my standards are too high that's why I can't find the guy I want..."

"That's good actually, don't rush things, especially marriage. I want you to be happy at the end." I looked at her gently smiling at the road. Now that I focused on her features. She's so pretty, and she's been too nice to me since we meet.

We stopped at the drive-thru and offer me a coffee. I accidentally touch her fingers, they are so smooth. And she came too close to my face and I feel my heart squeeze. She's enchanting...

"Are you okay?"

I snapped back from reality. I stared at her too much  "Ah yes sorry I just feel tired. Sorry." I didn't know what just I feel.

She smiled back. "Then I must drive you faster then!"

And she drives me home.
