I stand watching Claire sleep and my mind is in utter turmoil over recent events. I had to admit to my fuckboy history and the look on her face devastated me. I love my mate and I only want her but Trisha has tried to ruin it. I wanted to go to the cells and beat her to death but I refrained because Claire cried for me to stay with her.

She begged me and Scar to not leave her and I caved before he did. Once he felt her tears he turned into a purring mess.
