“Sir, I will find him out immediately,” Noah said and went out, knowing David must need some time alone.

David leaned back in his chair with a tired face.

It has been five years still the pain was still raw in David’s heart.

David has been distant since their marriage and never cared for Gloria’s preferences as at that time Collin's group was in its vulnerable state and he was only taking care of that.

He thought his marriage doesn’t need work.

But when he divorced Gloria, and she left his house, everything started to creep him into the house.

The first few days after Gloria left David was too angry, so he used to drown himself in alcohol.

After coming from home, he used to numb his senses with a few glasses of whiskey and his life was going well.

But when the hatred wear off his house started to suffocate him.

He was missing the simple memories of them.
