Mordrake Whitlock's POV

""Committee, can we end this quick?""

""Y-yes, I'm sorry, sir you may go now.""

I walk normally in the hallway of my company. There are so many girl clinging at my back but I didn't care at all.

I cant help but blamed myself for being handsome and unreachable person. No one can conquer me, I have the power to terrorize the world.

""Where's Athena?"" I asked one of my staff who's busy typing in the computer.

""I d-don't know, sir."" She look at me apparently and turn her head back on his work. I hate the way she act. I must lecture her for being dozy.

""Okay, you're fired,"" I smiled.

""Sir, wait! I'll find her, don't fired me. I don't have any qualities to find a high salary job like this."" She cried unstable. 

""I'm joking,"  step out.

""Mordrake! Are you stupid or something I'm at your back at this whole time!""

""Oh, Athena. I didn't notice you. But I'm joking without a joke!""

""What the hell's wrong with you, are you mocking me?""

""Are you a tumor?"" I'll try to make a second term joke.

""Why?""

""Because you have a humor in your brain.""

She didn't laught, tha's so sadly awkward.

I'm bored, I want to do something thrilling. I took my shoulder bag ang throw it to Athena. She smile without a doubt. The way she look  is devious.

""Does it hurt, Athena?""

""Not really, Mordrake. I'm your assistant and I DON'T HAVE any guts to complain about your idiocity.""  She smile prequently and I think she does pretty annoyed because of what I do.

""Want to grab some food?"" I perk up.

Right now we where in my office. Im sitting in my office chair while Athena is on my left desk holding the bag that I throw and kind like worn out because of standing for too long.

""Why you're askin'? Do you have audacity to treat me?"" she asserted.

""Why not? You are the one who saved me back then.""

""Okay, oh. I remember, did I  give you my word of gratitude? Thank you so much for ten thousand bucks and for invited me in your grand birthday.""

Wow, her gratitude word kind feels like real. She jailed it.

""No worries...""

""But I'd dislike when you was loath to enter the one room in my villa.  That room was prohibited to enter, I'm the only exception but you dared to enter. But don't worry, I'd forgive you."" I added. As long as she's not aware behind that painting, 

""Can you tell me, who was the woman on the painting?"" she blurted. I thought she was dull-witted enough to ignore that paiting.

""I can't answer that.""

""Why did I looked like her? I bear a lot of resemble by her, who is she?""she began to annoyed me.

""If you stop asking me about the girl in the painting, I'll treat you a big size steak.""

The silenced occur.

""Why you mute your mouths?"" I complained.

""I would rather eat a steak than to listen to your prattle story. I don't really care about the painting. I would never gained benefits once I discover the truth, don't you think the same?""

""Y-yeah, you're right!"" I reckoned.

She's totally inward-looking person. I like her.

""Let's go! I will not going to pay anything the bill is all yours, Mordrake!"" she pointed me while happily articulated the agreement.

She pull me over out of my office there's so many employees who's working on the corridor who witnesses how I treated roughly up by this girl.

""Let me go, fubsy."" I feel annoyed but at the same time feels happy. She look exactly like my former girlfriend.

We're already here, one of my favorite restaurant. The name of the restaurant is "Victoria's Savory Restaurant."

One of the hand us the menu. I ask Athena to pick anything she want's but his craving effect has no limit.

""I want these:

• Caldeirada.
• Beef Wellington dish.
• Chateaubriand steak with Béarnaise sauce.
• Steak au poivre prepared with filet mignon.
• A large pork tenderloin sandwich.
• Caldillo de congrio.
• Canh chua.
• Capp.""

She's invulnerable, his eyes is glimmering like an anime character. She can't even care if I order myself. All she want is to eat, eat anf treat. 

""How about you, Sir? What do you like to order?""

""I want Florette sea salad, please."

""Understood, wait for the arrival of serving. I excuse now,"" the waiter said with polite. He told us that our order will take a long minute for preparation because of Athena's loading orders.

It's been a minute but 'till now our orders didn't arrive.

""Why it is taking so long? I'm starving!""

""Hey, you thick headed. You ordered so many dishes and right now, you have guts to complain for being behind schedule!""  I can't help but I flabbergasted.

""Mordrake, lower your voice. Aren't you angry because you're the one who decided to treat me?""

""No, I'm not."

""Do you think I don't have such a money to treat you? I'm the CEO of the Mordrake's company, don't you get it?!"" I added.

She wear her poker face.

""Did you just ignore the thing I said fifty nine seconds ago?"" 

I notice the way she rasped. 

""You know what, Mordrake. I believed in status equality. Due to all your quackery, I respect everyone equally. I didn't care if you are the president or my boss either. If you respect me, I'll respect you back but if you don't, I'll show you the demon beneath me.""

I shook up, she's cool and inconsiderable telling me that. Despite of being his boss, I would love to see her real side. And something knocking my head tellin' me that I want to see her suffering.

""Hello, thank you for patiently waiting. Here's your order,"" The waiter began to hand out our orders and the way she smile is pretty creep out.

""Here's you're order, let me clarify first: 

• Caldeirada.

""Thank you very much."" Athena chartered and without any hesitation she's start eating like a trump, a pig like figure. How shameless is she.

Not but not the least, my order. Florette sea salad. The aroma and green color look's like a new born veggies.

I'm about to eat my food when I notices the three waiter guarding me.

""Is there something wrong?"" I glowered.

""You know what, sir. All the dishes we served for both of you is quite expensive,"" He grinned.

""Is there any problem?"" Athena, mumbling while eating. How freak she was?

""No, there's nothing. Shut your mouth and learn.""

I'm think of something foolishness, they think I don't have enough money to pay the bill. 

""How much is the bill?"" I smirkely asked.

""Eighthy..."

""Eighthy bucks? That's so cheap,"" - Athena.

""Eighthy thousand bucks,"" another waiter ask. I don't like this situation. I sees Athena choked up while eating when she heard the price bill. That's so cheap, I want to show off.

""Hey, can you please call your manager? I want to ask him about something.""

""Okay, pauper.""

""Wait, what did you just call me?""

""I said that you are such a freaking pauper who enters into this glamorous restaurant, but you don't have any balls to pay your bill?""

The commotion stater, the manager showed up immediately.

""Hello, mr. Mordrake, is there something wrong?"" Bryan lebbis asked, the manager of this resto. The waiter shocked, I smile with devious.

""Mordrake, don't tell me you're plotting something, don't you?"" Athena notices the way I smile, she's good being observant.

""Bryan, it's been a long time. How's this restaurant? I knew it, you're good in handling a business when it comes to restaurant.""

""M-manager, do you know this pauper?""

""Pauper? What the hell, David! Don't call him that way, he is the owner of this restaurant,"" he frozen up. 

Athena and David both dumbfounded when Bryan Leebis says that I'm the owner of the one of the most famous restaurant in the world.

""You are David, right? I congratulate you, you've win the jobless offer. So, you may now pack your things and find another job,"" he cried.

I flick my fingers and then two muscular personel appeared from nowhere. And I command them to discard the trash in front of me who named Davis.

He beg and beg and out and cry. How shameless.

I'm one of the most powerful and manipulative person in the world. Just by a flick of my fingers, I can do anything I want.. His confident applause but when I fired him his face looks glamorously fubsly.

Athena starts to eat.

""Don't you think I'm cool?""  I asked athena while she's biting her large size  steak. She looks money and by the mix of pig. I can't tell exactly. She's beautiful but

""Athena, are you a virgin?"" I asked while eating my salad. She looked at me, her sad eyes telling me she isn't anymore.""

""No, I'm not anymore. Since I got raped when I was sixteen year's old."" 

""Oh, now I know.""

""Know what?""

""The reason why you acting like a slut.""

""Okay."

""What happened to the person who raped you, did he go to the jail or you'd kill him?""

""I don't know the exact details but I saw in the headline of the news that he was killed by someone back in 2016.""

""Oh, how lucky you are.""

""Is that a compliment or something?""

""I'm not pointing anything.""

""Okay," she gulped. She eat's so fast leading to attention of the crowd.

""You know what? I already killed someone. That's why I think I'd already banned in heaven. Or maybe I had a vacant VIP seat in the hell.""

""You'd killed someone? Wait I'll report you,"" she was about to took her phone and dial the police number but I stopped her.

""What I mean is I killed someone but the court consider it as a self-defense.""

""Wow, you're pretty cool. Can you tell me what happed?""

""When I was seventeenth grader. I was kidnapped by three people. Thy took me in abandon factory. There is a stupid one kidnapper who's guarding me fall in sleep. I grab the opportunity to take his gun but he suddenly wake up and I accidentally flick the boom and his head was shot.""

""Oh, thanks for sharing your bad experience.""

""Not a big deal.""

""Do you even remember his name?""

""After police arrived in the crime scene.  I asked them about he identity of the person who killed by me.""

""What they say?""

""They said that he is Robert Smith.""

""M-mordrake, I know him..."

I aghast, I didn't expect.

""What?""

""Y-yes, he is my uncle."" I feel trembling, my heart beat unstable. According to information of the police, Robert Smith didn't have any family left.

She's crying.

She smiled while crying.

""I'm so sorry, I didn't expect that.""

""No worries, Mordrake.""

""Robert Smit-

""He is my uncle, and the person who raped me. Thank you for killing him. For the past of years, I wanted to say thank you for that person who killed him. And now, you're infront of me, I'm so happy.""
