He kept flipping; he saw several more pictures! Then he put two and two together and figured she was the girl everyone had been talking about! He stepped back and sat on the arm of the sofa in a state of shock! "This can't be right! It can't be her!" He put his hand over his face in deep despair! I wanted to find her, but not this way! And not under these circumstances! This is horrible!" "What will she think of me staying here? I know she must hate me!" Now that he knew for sure it was her! She is the one! In a panic, Lyle put the photo album back on the shelf. "I gotta get out of here!" Lyle went to the room and began packing the few unpacked things. But then it dawned on him. He had nowhere to go! Not even transportation now. "Think, think! Okay, first things first, she must never find out I'm Kenneth Cole! Ever! Though I'm not Kenneth Cole any longer. But that won't matter because I legally still carry that name for business purposes. So that still means I'm Kenneth Cole! All of
They arrived at the grocery store. Kita walked to the area where the baskets were located. Speedwalking to catch up, Lyle told her he would love to push the basket. Gazing at him curiously, Lyle could see that she was trying to figure him out. "Trust me, I'm not trying to be strange, but I feel a gentleman would push the basket for a lady. It's just the way I was raised." Then he took the basket from her grasp and began rolling it away. He turned in her direction, smiling, and asked. "Which aisle do you want to go to first?" Puzzled and slightly impressed by him, Kita said. "Hmm...... Let's get vegetables and fruits first. Sir, what Country are you from?" Lyle chuckled. "Please call me by my name. I'm starting to feel very old and like I'm imposing myself on you." "You're not imposing at all. If you were at the hotel, I would refer to you as sir or Mr........" "That's nice and very professional of you. But I'm permitting you to call me plain Lyle; I bet we're around the same age.
Lyle smiles, stating, “Your hands are so soft and small.” Kita ignores him and the tingling sensation she felt from this action. She takes the cold water and splashes his eyes, then places the towel in his hand. “You're okay now, Mr. Sever?” “Please, please, can you just call me Lyle once?” He said with pleading eyes, as before he dried his face and hands. “Okay, Lyle. Are you alright?” she asked with concern in her voice. “I'm doing a whole lot better now. Thanks for helping me. I can't cut up onions, but if you give me something milder like carrots or tomatoes, I promise I won't cry.” He said, grinning, showing her those excellent straight white teeth. Lyle finally got a genuine smile out of her. She handed him the colander of carrots and parsley leaves. He successfully chopped them up. They had salad and beef veal cutlets over parsley rice. When it was time to sit down at the table, he did his usual talking. Mentioning to her how much he was enjoying the meal and the iced tea.
Lyle had to ask himself as he just stared at the young lady sitting across from him. Kita looked different without her glasses; it was almost like seeing another person. Surprised by her appealing appearance, Lyle glanced at the table away from her face. She was beautiful! A natural beauty. Kita continues to talk, not paying attention to his reaction to her. “I guess I wasn’t expecting this to happen. It has never happened to me before. You're a stranger living in my house, and honestly, it feels a little uncomfortable. I had bad experiences with people I didn’t know very well.” Placing her glasses back on her face. He glances up again at her. “I understand......I promise I'm a good guy, and I would never try anything funny with you. I appreciate your kindness; I wouldn’t think of disappointing you. I want us to get to know each other so you can be comfortable in your home, and I promise I will help as much as possible. Maybe if something becomes available at the hotel, I can move ou
Lyle's eyes opened up before the alarm clock went off. He lifts his head to glance out the picture window in his room. It was still dark outside. Getting out of bed comfortably and walking around in the nude was not a problem anymore. He put on his black silk pajamas and robe. The hallway was still dark, and he noticed Kita hadn't risen yet. He goes into the bathroom, shaves, and washes up. Quietly, he walks over to the kitchen and turns on the light. Lyle wanted to do something special for her this morning. Standing there, pondering what to do, he came up with the idea to make her an Australian breakfast! Searching around the kitchen as quietly as a mouse, he found the rice and rice cooker. He prepared a soup with fried eggs, bacon, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Lyle made an Australian omelet, along with hot, tasty rice soup. This should work, he thought, looking at the clock that showed it was almost 6 am. He tiptoed to the hallway and listened to see if she was up. Yep! There was mov
"Oh, Wow! Look at the time! You better get back to work, Kita! I'll see you later. Have a great day!" "Wait! I didn't give you the directions to the mall!" "I'll call you! Bye!" Lyle said, making a quick exit out the side door. Kita was caught off guard by his leaving so suddenly. "That Lyle." She retorted, laughing. It had been years since she genuinely laughed. Kita turned around and saw her boss, Mr. Kane Klein. "Hey Kita, did you get my friend all settled into somewhere nice?" "Yes, I did. I found him a nice bed and breakfast near here." "Great! I knew you could handle it. I'll call him and see if we can hook up while he's in town." "You do that, Mr. Kane. He's a very nice guy." "My friend?!" Mr. Kane was surprised by her statement. "The guy is a character, that's what he is, and not all that nice. A tough businessman is how I would describe him." "Well, I don't know the business side of him. But anyway, I got to get to work." Kita says, all smiles this morning. Lyle
Kita came home from work Friday evening. It was her weekend off, and she had made a few promises to Lyle that they would do something this weekend. Kita opened the front door, and his handsome man was lying back in the recliner with his eyes closed. Coming home to this handsome man in her house felt so good. To top it off! He was a man she enjoyed being with all the time. “Lyle, I’m home. Are you awake?” She said in a sweet, low tone. His eyes pop open, and he greets her with a smile. “I promised we would spend all day at the beach this Saturday. Are you still interested? I took this weekend off from work.” “Of course! That's the only thing we haven't done yet! I want to go on that under-the-sea slide so bad that I saw at the hotel.” Laughing, she says, “We will do it all. Okay.” “Kita, are we still going to make the homemade pizza tonight? I went shopping at the grocery store for all the ingredients you said we would need.” “Oh, sure. Lyle, did you remember to get the special
Lyle sat at the table, gripping his head in his hands. The pain in his brain was throbbing like it might explode! He had never felt this kind of pain in his head until now. 'What kind of person must I have been that no one would tell me, after my accident, that it was my fault! I was the one who had ruined everything! I had done this sweet girl so wrong! By being with a girl, my mother wanted me to marry! Oh God! This is horrible! I was a cruel man! No! I was an awful human being! Lyle thought, becoming emotional upon learning all this from the person he cared so deeply about and hurt so devastatingly. Tears began to well up in his eyes as the pain ensued throughout his whole body. Kita stood up to leave the room. Lyle pushed whatever agony he felt as he stood up, stepping in her path; it came so naturally for him to reach out to hug and console her. Her pain meant far more than anything he was suffering. When he held her in his arms, she let the tears out so heavily as if she needed
But that's okay. Because by the time you get back to work in 6 months, the fans will have more than enough time to calm down. So don't worry about it too much; we will feed positive news about the band members' comeback to the media and netizens. Now let's talk about you, Kenneth, s, I since you; sincere now, we're thinking of how we could relieve you of some of the responsibility you've had for a very long time. That way, you can focus on your wife and possibly a family shortly. The band members have always been a significant group to this SME. So the staff and I have been thinking since this group has four other single men. Along with the fact that Minsoo is 21 years old, he's more than ready to take the lead truly. Of course, Kenneth, you will always be our lead singer; that will never change. But you remain the face of the group; that's where we will make the adjustments. We will now give that responsibility to someone else. Should I say we were thinking of it? Sharing that res
Scented candles burned throughout the house, sending a hint of cinnamon apple into the air. After her shower she spent extra time on her hair and makeup, her heart pounded with excitement and anticipation. As if this was some sought of a first date or something. Kita laughed at how her emotions were responding. Kita had planned and prepared for this day for months, and everything was set. She'd chosen a sexy crisscross open dress, that went down to her lower back. The purple silk pencil dress with silver and purple stiletto strap heels. Applying lipstick in the same shade of racy purple as her dress, Kita took one last measuring look in the mirror before she headed out of the bedroom into the dining room of their home. ************* Kenneth opens the door standing in the foyer in amazement that he was actually home. Tears enter the creases of his eyes as he just looked around, breaking his attention, he heard the sound of heels echoing off the wood floors in their home. Kita walk
"Where is Kenneth?" The Manager asked the band members."He's gone on vacation," Minsoo responded happily."I mean, we're on vacation? He gets the freedom to go these days and doesn't tell anyone where he's going!" Manager Choi muttered under his breath."Well.....we don't know. We're leaving tomorrow ourselves on a group vacation." Tevin told him."Look, if he contacts you, let him know we have his dates for the military. I emailed and texted him, but he didn't respond. So if you hear from him, tell him to contact me."Minho nodded his head. The minute he left the room, they all fell out laughing. Shouting in unison. "Here we come, the Bahamas!"***********The sun was beaming. It was 90 degrees today. Kenneth splashed Kita with the crystal blue cool water as she tried to run away from him. The happy couple was back in the Bahamas, on the beach, swimming and having fun! After much play with one another, they walked hand in hand to rest as they laid themselves on their beach towels un
The plane glided over Tokyo, Japan; Kita felt her stomach quiver from sheer excitement. The city lights were brilliantly bright despite the tumultuous weather. Once the plane landed and Kita entered the airport, she brushedher hands against her slacks, making sure everything was still in place. She glanced down at the silk hot pink blouse neatly tucked into her black skinny-leg pants and stiletto black shoes. Her cold, black hair was semi-straight with deep, large waves parted on the side. With her very natural make-up and fuchsia lipstick that accent her whole look. She glanced around the airport and uttered, 'I'm finally here in Japan.' This was the first time she had visited this country. It was a rainy night in Tokyo, and the snacks on the plane left her slightly hungry as she started lugging her luggage through the airport. She had to find a taxi in this pouring rain with no umbrella.Kita tries to brace herself for the pouring rain as she steps outside to flag down a taxi. Tryi
“It's at 12noon.” Manager Choi muttered under his breath as he walked away. Later that afternoon Tevin pulled Kenneth on the side. “Do you know who has been questioning me about Kita and you?” Tevin whispered. “Let me guess. Manager Choi?” Kenneth eyes became slits as he looked at Tevin. “I can tell you this much. Before we came here to Japan I've been having this strange feeling someones been following me. I brushed it off as fans, but it didn't seem right. Something about it made me uneasy, even the way they rushed us here to Japan didn't sit right with me.” Kenneth confessed to Tevin. “Well, he didn't say he was spying on you or anything. It was like he wanted to know what was going on with you and Kita. You know, like how's your relationship going.” Tevin try not to worry Kenneth any more then what he is already. “Hey, look, Kita is coming here tonight! I need to get the manager off my back. I'm convinced they're trying to find out what's going on with me and Kita. When I told
"I'll be there soon! Sarangehae!" Kita called out. After seeing Kenneth off, she got dressed and went straight to work! Putting the proposal together for the tourist division of Seoul, Korea, was far more intricate. They only had one travel agency that was fluent in the English language. So Kita felt excellent about getting the contract as a travel agent representative of Seoul, Korea. Kita stood up after sitting for several hours. She needed to take a stretch. Her new work was the opposite of her job in the Baha Mar. Most of the time at her previous job, she stood on her feet for hours. Now.... she's become sedentary, looking down at her hips. It's been several months now that she's been married, and her hips are starting to spread, which means she's picked up a little weight. Doing just the opposite of Ken when he's working, he loses weight. Know wonder Kenneth kept whispering, 'plush.' When they made love this morning, Kita chuckled, thinking about him and how he made her smile
"Kita!........Kita! Babe, are you home?" Kenneth called out. He smelled the delicious aroma coming from the kitchen, the food on the stove. Not having much appetite after that depressing meeting, he looked in the pots anyway. Ken left the kitchen and walked to the back of the house, peeping his head into her office, only to find she wasn't there. Kenneth glanced down at his computerized watch. It was almost 7 pm. Unbuttoning his shirt and jeans, he headed to the bedroom, getting undressed to take a bath. After his much-needed bath, he went to the kitchen to fix him a plate of food. Ever since their wedding, he wanted that conch salad included with his meals. Looking in the refrigerator, he saw his darling wife wrapped it up, waiting for him. He was smiling because he felt like he had the best wife in the world. He was drinking his glass of wine with his salad. Kenneth tried to think about how he and Kita would work out his absence for almost four months. He knew that was not going
Kenneth's touch caused her nipples to respond; he immediately took in a mouth full of her whipped cream breast. She was sending sensations instantly to her lucrative treasure, which his fingers tenderly touched and massaged, giving her pleasure. Kita opened her eyes and looked down as Kenneth's mouth was enthralled with her nipple. She eased the can of whipped cream from his hands and began to spray Kenneth from his head to his chest. He was protesting, throwing his hands up. "Wait, babe! You're going crazy with the cream!" He chuckled. With a titillating laugh and a spark in her eyes. "I said I wanted an order of Cole, with Kenneth on top." He was like a delighted little boy, which made him downright irresistible. Laughing, Kita poked him in the ribs. The fun of lovemaking rushed into playful wrestling with one another, wildly kissing, heavy petting, and caressing one another. The passion between the two of them was sweetly exhilarating. Kenneth lifted Kita in arms in the middle
Kenneth and Kita entered the terminal of Korean Air, the airline that would be flying them back to Incheon Airport in South Korea. Ken grins at Kita as she snickers at him as he stands by their seats. Kenneth was putting their carry-on luggage in the compartment above. "What do you want to ask me?" Kita smiles up at him. She could always tell when he wanted to say something to her. "So......Kita, when I have my first solo performance, can you meet me in my dressing room before I go out on stage?" Kenneth asked, wishing she would say yes. Kita smiled with her eyebrows furrowed. "Don't you think that's a little risky? I don't think so, at least not yet, babe.....I tell you what. I'll be the beautiful colored flower amongst the rest of your many screaming fans." Kenneth blushes..... "I just thought I'd give it a shot." As he softly pinched her cheek. "I'm sure I'll spot you. You'll be the same as me but different from everyone else." Kenneth jokingly said, even though his words were
