Chapter 2869

Coco had sketched Lucas when he wasn’t paying attention and when he posed as her model. She would also simply draw him from her imagination.

She had planned to fill the sketchbook and give it to him as a gift.

Now, it was the only thing left for her to seek solace.

Coco flipped through the pages.

There were images of Lucas lowering his head, reading a book by the window, glancing back at Coco while smiling…

She had drawn each picture of him with her love.

Drip, drip!

Coco realized she was crying when she saw tears begin to form on the pages.

She hastily wiped the tears on the paper with her sleeve and frantically told herself not to cry anymore.

Yet, the tears continued to well up in her eyes uncontrollably, and she could only clumsily wipe them away.

“What? You broke up with Lucas?!” Minnie was shocked by the news when she visited Coco the next day and noticed her friend’s puffy and swollen eyes.

“Yes,” Coco croaked.

“Why? Weren't things going well between you guys?” Minnie ask
