About half an hour later, the security guard at the Valor Mansion reported to Jackson.

"Mr. Valor, Mrs. Valor is now leaving."

"Have the driver take her back to the Valor Residence," Jackson responded, and something flickered in his eyes.

"Yes," the guard answered.

'Was she finally going to leave?' Jackson thought, but what happened next surprised him. Upon returning, the driver responsible for driving Serenity to her destination reported to Jackson.

"Mrs. Valor didn't go back to the Valor Residence. She's staying at the hotel tonight." The driver informed him of the name and address of the hotel as well as the room number that Serenity had last checked in.

'She's at the hotel?' Jackson thought, frowning slightly, but it did not matter to him. She could go home to the Valor Residence or stay in a hotel as she pleased.

Jackson slept in the bed at night, but his bed suddenly felt empty. He had slept alone before she came here and had never felt anything like this. Or maybe he h
