"But that's only because you helped me first," replied Serenity. "How can I just stand aside and not help you now?"

Still, Serenity worried that as she was now, she might not be of much help to Clara at all, especially when Clara's case was now almost five years old. Even if they managed to find some evidence, it would still be very difficult to investigate what had actually happened.
