Clara then gently coaxed her son to sleep, and in no time at all, Yanny drifted off into slumber.

"I hope the other kids don't make fun of him at kindergarten," Clara murmured softly.

"No one would dare!" Lisa quickly assured her, confident that some kindergarten kids were not too much for her to deal with. "I'll make sure they learn their lesson if they ever tried!"

Clara chuckled. Sometimes, she envied Lisa's boldness, which reminded her of her past self–so confident and fearless. But after going through so much in her life, Clara knew that there was no way she could go back to being that way.

She then said, "I'm counting on you for the custody case, Serenity."

"I've already brought it up at my office," Serenity assured her, "and Mr. Graham promised he'd help when the time comes, so don't worry about it."

Clara nodded. As she thought about it, she was still quite surprised that Wilson had chosen the court in Solaria to hear the case. She had assumed that he would get the case
