-=Atilla's Point of View=-

I have made the decision that I will still go back to his place even if he pushes me away. I love him so much that I was willing to accept whatever punishment he is going to do to me to hurt me, as long as he could forgive me.

It was also my fault, not anyone else's, because I pretended to be someone I'm not, and I had plenty of times to tell him the truth but I chose not to. But before going back to his place, I decided to see my brother first.

I want him to help Ram with their business, but I don't want him to force Ram to marry me.

Yes, I wanted to get married to Ram someday, but not this way. I wanted him to marry for love and not for anything else.

After thanking Nicole, I immediately went to Henry's office, where I saw Samantha at her station.

"Hi, Samantha. Is Henry in?" I asked, smiling.

"Good afternoon, Ms. Atilla; yes, Mr. Cervantes is inside; let me inform him first," she said.

She then pressed the direct line to Henry's office, and after talking

-=Atilla's Point of View=-"Hello?"My voice is still trembling because I just finished crying when I heard my phone ring. I didn't even bother checking who was calling. It's been three days now since Ram and I got engaged because of Henry's manipulation, and I was hurting so much because it seems that my relationship with Ram is going nowhere. I miss him so much.I longed for the days when he thought I was a prostitute and we shared this residence, had meals together, and made love."How are you doing?" I heard Nicole's voice on the other line, and I could detect the worry in her voice."I'm great, of course!" I answered, trying to stop the quivering in my voice and trying to sound like I was ok, but in reality, I felt like my heart was being torn into pieces."Do you really think I would believe you're ok? Just wait for me there; I will go there, and whether you like it or not, you will come with me to my place, and I will be like a shadow staying with you," she promised.Even thoug

-=Ram's Point of View=-I am aware of the way Tricia has looked at me ever since Atilla left and after I called him to my office to discuss my other appointments. The way she looked at me suggested that she doesn't agree with the way I treated Atilla, but in my opinion, I didn't really do any bad things toward her; as a matter of fact, I think it was commendable on my part that I didn't get angry.Honestly, when I saw Atilla, there was this certain yearning that I couldn't ignore. It's been three days since I last went to my condo unit and saw her, and knowing that she would be waiting, wanting to talk to me, made me decide to go to my dad's place.Seeing her again brought a certain feeling that I couldn't ignore; I really miss her touch, I really miss her kiss, and I really miss everything that has got to do with Atilla. Fortunately, I managed to conceal it.I can't change the fact that I like hell! I want her! And I want to take her again and again, but what she did to me stopped me

-=Atilla's Point of View=-I felt so much pain in my heart when I left Ram's office. The cold treatment that Ram was giving me was enough to break my heart in half.I decided to see Nicole. I know it's unfair to continuously seek her out whenever I was hurting, but she's the only one I could talk to, and right now I needed her.I immediately hailed a taxi and asked the driver to bring me to Nicole's place, while the tears still continued to flow from my eyes.I noticed the curious gaze of the cab driver, but I chose to ignore it."Nicole..." That was the only thing that I managed to say when Nicole opened the door, and once again the tears started flowing freely from my eyes as I threw myself into her waiting arms.I let my heart out crying while Nicole remained silent as she tried to comfort me.She led me inside and continued to listen to all my heartache and how I was hurting from Ram's cold treatment."Just leave him, Atilla. It's easier for you to move on while it's still early,"

-=Atilla's Point of View=-My body felt heavy when I woke up that day, two days had passed since Ram and I had our engagement party, and I had been introduced to people as Henry Cervantes' sister, one of the wealthiest men in Asia. However, nothing seemed to have changed. Yes, I received calls and invitations to parties from various people, but my relationship with Ram remained the same.As usual, I took a shower and prepared breakfast. I made enough for two, just in case Ram decided to stop by his condo unit. But like the past few days, he still hadn't come by, which made me sad. However, I quickly set aside those feelings, as I didn't want them to be replaced by any other emotions. In the afternoon, I decided to take a nap since I didn't have anything to do that day. I lay in bed with Ram and tried to suppress my longing for him while thinking about the happy times we spent together.I missed him so much; every touch and kiss that he gave me was something that I craved so badly. -=Atilla's Point of View=-Three days have passed since I moved to the Santiago's house, and as expected, I immediately felt comfortable with Mr. Santiago, or Daddy, as he wanted me to call him. Even with Agnes, I've already gotten along with her. Actually, almost everyone in the house except for one person continues to avoid me: Ram.A deep sigh escaped my lips as I thought of Ram. Sometimes, I can't help but lose hope that we'll ever reconcile, and sometimes I just think of letting him go. But just the thought of him being far away from me makes me feel like my heart will burst with pain. Whatever Ram does to hurt me, I will accept.I know it's foolish, but a person who loves someone can turn a blind eye to the faults of the one they love. It may be wrong for many people, but what is really right for someone you love?Lost in thought, I didn't notice that Ram's dad had approached me. I was in the garden at that time, just after we finished breakfast. I decided to get some fresh air,

-=Ram's Point of View=-"I'm sorry for everything, Ram. I... I'm setting you free," I heard her say.It felt like my whole being went numb when I heard Atilla say those words. Suddenly, it felt like thousands of knives were stabbing my heart. I couldn't speak, as I watched her walk away. My mind couldn't function properly during those hours. I felt the urge to run after her, but I didn't.She caught me kissing Janine, something I didn't intend to do. I was surprised when Janine came to my office, begging for us to get back together. When I told her that it wasn't possible, she suddenly kissed me. Atilla caught us in the act.A few moments later, Miranda came in. I saw the worry on her face, and when she looked at me, I saw the accusation in her eyes that I couldn't understand."Why are you looking at me like that?" I asked coldly."I hope you're happy now that Atilla's leaving you," she said, her voice full of anger."Yes, I can't be any happier than I am right now," I replied bitterl

-=Atilla's Point of View=-"It's over," I said to myself as tears streamed down both of my eyes. It's difficult to accept, but I know I need to face life without Ram. It's not just for myself, but also for his peace of mind. My only prayer is for his life to return to how it was before I entered it.My mind is in turmoil, and I don't know where to go until I find myself in front of Nicole's condo unit."It's over, Nicole," I cried as she opened the door, crying as well. She hugged me tightly, making my tears flow even more. If I could pour out all my emotions and not leave anything, so that when I go back to Henry's house, I won't have anything left to cry about, But I know that's impossible. I don't know if I can forget my feelings for Ram, because if it were easy to forget my feelings, it would have been enough after years of not seeing each other. Finally, after almost an hour of crying, I apologized to Nicole for bothering her.At times like this, it's really nice to have a best f

-=Henry's Point of View=-I woke up to a series of knocks on the door of our bedroom, and my temper flared when I saw that it was only one in the morning. I was sure to hold whoever had the nerve to wake me accountable."Who is it?" I heard Ellaine ask, who seemed to have also been awakened by the knocks.I quickly put on the robe I saw and angrily walked towards the door, but I was suddenly halted when I saw Atilla's serious face as one of our household staff tried to restrain him."Don't you know what time it is?" I asked him in anger, but he didn't even flinch, just staring straight at me. I had no choice but to make him wait in the study room."Who was that?" I heard Ellaine ask as she leaned against the bed's headrest."Atilla. It seems he needs to talk to me," I replied as I straightened my clothes.I quickly bid my wife goodbye and headed straight to the study room, where I found Atilla looking at a picture of our father hanging on the wall.I remained quiet as I watched my sis

-=Atilla's Point of View=-Hours passed as Anthony remained in the operation room; no one spoke amongst us; our thoughts were focused on the patient whom the doctors were attempting to save.Perhaps the procedure lasted more than six hours before the doctor emerged, exhausted by what had happened."How's my husband?" Miranda asked the doctor as she approached him."The operation was successful, but he's not yet safe; the next forty-eight hours will be critical; he must wake up within that time or else he may end up in a coma," the doctor said. I could see the sadness on the faces of the patient's family, especially Miranda's, who appeared really concerned.Anthony was taken to the intensive care unit (ICU) following the procedure for thorough monitoring. Ang and I decided to keep an eye on him because their mom appeared to be overburdened. Despite her protests, Ang's stepfather refused to let her continue watching over her son."Everything will be okay, Ang, and you need to be strong

I could see the bitterness in his eyes when he found out that I was being unfaithful. It breaks my heart to see Ang like this.Ram quickly stepped in to protect me from Ang, but I immediately pushed him away because I knew that Ang wouldn't hurt me. He's such a kind person."Ang... I just want to say..." but I was interrupted by the sudden sound of his cell phone ringing. Ang didn't want to answer it, but it kept ringing, so he had no choice."Anthony... -=Atilla's Point of View=-The following day, I woke up with a smile on my face after learning the good news about Henry's condition. My chest felt lighter now that I knew he was improving. I went immediately to the kitchen, where my breakfast was already cooked, but dining alone was extremely depressing, so I only ate a small amount. It didn't, however, dampen my spirits, especially since I knew Henry was on the mend.I didn't need to go to the office early that day because I had meetings in the afternoon, so I decided to call Samantha to let her know of my plan. However, being a workaholic, I couldn't resist opening my laptop and checking my emails. I received various documents that didn't need urgent attention, so after making sure there were no important emails, I turned off my MacBook.I turned on the TV in my room, but I couldn't find anything I wanted to watch, so I turned it off after a while.I took some time to think before deciding to take a bath. -=Atilla's Point of View=-Until now, I am still shocked about what I learned about Miranda and Ang. I mean, who would have thought that Miranda's husband is actually Ang's brother, Anthony? I haven't met the guy yet, even though Ang and I have been in a relationship for over a year. I felt Ang's love for his brother even though he never said it.If I'm not mistaken, Miranda has been married three or maybe four times since marrying Anthony. I'm not sure about the details because I don't like to gossip, but it's inevitable to hear about these things from other friends.Miranda's last marriage was with a wealthy Filipino businessman who died suddenly. His wealth went to Miranda, leading to rumors of foul play in his death. Miranda was blamed, but it was never proven.Ang remained quiet during our drive, and his expression was the same when he saw Miranda. I didn't want to ask questions and add fuel to his already raging fury.I still can't believe that Miranda is a gold digger. She's al

I thought they might be coming for us after realizing Ram and I were missing, but I didn't expect to see Ang with them, considering I knew he was still in the US."Oh my God, Atilla!" Ang exclaimed, hugging me tightly as he reached me. His embrace felt nice, but I didn't feel any special connection from it. However, I admit I missed him a lot because we haven't seen each other for so long due to recent events.Honestly, I didn't know what to say at that moment because I was still in shock that we were finally found on this island. I let myself be embraced by Ang, feeling like I could always count on him no matter the situation, but I was surprised when he released me after a while."You must be Ram," I was surprised to hear Ang say that, and when I turned around, I saw
